We loved the breakfast and enjoyed the fitness room and pool. The beds were comfy, and we especially appreciated the two different pillows offered. The staff was especially helpful and attentive. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointed by customer service I made reservation for this hotel well in advance, and called a week prior to my arrival to request a baby crib. At that time, the person on the phone told me they reserved one and would make sure my room would have one upon arrival. A week later, I arrived at the hotel at 10:30 pm after long exhausting flight with my spouse and 9 month old daughter. As I checked, I asked the front desk if a crib was within the room. They told me they did not know and I should check the room. I did, no crib. Back to the front desk and asked about the crib. First, the person at the desk is unsure where the cribs are, then 1h later found the maintenance room but a crib with no mattress, 1h later at 12:30 am, I was ultimately told that there is no crib available and maybe the next day there will have some freed up for us. My wife and I slept on the ground next to our infant daughter that night. Next morning, after checking with front desk again, we were finally provided with a crib upon the check out of another family. Needless to say, no customer service effort was done to alleviate for the inconvenience. At the end of our stay, when we checked out, I was told that 10,000 points will be rewarded to my IHG account as compensation but that did not happen. A little sad to say that the first night tainted our experience here. Otherwise, the room was clean and the breakfast was good, but the first night was hard to forget for how awful it was. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great location, great room and bed, great service Check in/out was fast and easy! Staff at the desk were courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. My room was quiet and comfortable. I got a great night's sleep! I had several choices for breakfast the next morning and it was delicious! The fitness room was clean and was not crowded. Location is convenient and easy to get to. We have stayed at this location and other Holiday Inn/Holiday Inn Express before and will definately be returning on our next visit! June 2, 2016

My wife and I recently stayed in a suite here and while there was an odor problem with the room, I can say that the staff went out of their way to try to help improve our stay. They would have moved us if the hotel wasn't already full (graduation weekend), but no extra rooms available. The evening manager (David?) went out of his way to have people look at the room put a dehumidifier in the room while we were out. Twice. All of the staff were available and friendly even though they had no vacancy. The continental breakfast was slightly above average with good selection and plenty of decent food, but nothing to write home about. Housekeeping was efficient and honest (Yay!). The hotel is in a good location with good access to all of South Austin and Dripping Springs. I'll stay there again when in South Austin. June 1, 2016
