Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great room The room was large and well appointed. We were very comfortable. The pool area is good, we spend each evening in it. We also had all of out breakfast there and that is a primary reason for us selecting the hotel. This was not the first time we stayed there nor will it be the last. July 31, 2015

I thought it was overpriced for the market and the location I was staying in, but having stayed there in the past I knew the location fit my needs. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I did not use the internet access provided as I have my own hot spot that I felt might be more secure. July 30, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Unhappy Guest My last stay with this hotel chain was the worst stay I have had. When I arrived at the hotel they did not have my reservation. I made my reservation by calling the hotel directly. Once I provided my reservation number they told me that it was not until the next day. Then the front desk checked and said that my reservation was changed by me. I told them that nobody else has access to my rewards and I did not make the change. The front desk tried to put the blame on me but I know i did not change my reservation. If I changed my reservation why would I drive a distance to a hotel that I supposedly did not have a reservation for. I did get a hotel room that night but when I got to the room the bathroom sink was all sticky and a bar of soap was on the counter full of hair. I had to clean the bathroom sink. The carpet was dirty and there was food in the fridge. I did make the front desk aware of this but the manager seemed to not care. The many times I have stayed at this hotel they never attached my rewards to the room. I will always had to call to get my reward points. Every time I have stayed I have asked if my rewards was attached and I keep getting told yes but they are never attached. I think it is time to find another hotel in this area to stay at. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by 4Lovelys We always stay here for vacation. The staff is always friendly and attentive. My son used the gym, and we used the pool and hot tub. The breakfast each morning was warm and delicious. We will come back again. It is a very clean hotel. We overlooked Barker's Island, it was beautiful! July 21, 2015
