Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by GREAT stay We stayed four nights because, quite frankly, it was the only affordable hotel close to our children and grandchildren in Surprise. After one day we knew even if there were other accommodations we would opt for the Holiday Inn Express in Surprise. Very friendly and helpful staff, rooms clean and comfortable. Impressive place! I have stayed for a week in this Hotel every March since it has opened 5 years ago and she was the best yet!!! March 21, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great stay..Fabulous staff This is my second stay in six weeks at this facility. Many of my family stayed here while in town for Dad's funeral. The staff was absolutely incredible. From arranging rooms for family to use of the meeting room, the staff went far beyond what many establishments would have done. I will stay here in the future when I come to Northwest Phoenix. My thanks to all. January 27, 2013
