Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Room was okay but the breakfasts were completely unsatisfactory Room was comfortable and the front desk and maid staff always ensured our comfort. The two breakfasts that I experienced were far below par and completely unsatisfactory. The food containers for eggs, breakfast meat, sausage gravy and biscuits were empty at the start of the breakfast period (6:30 AM) and remained empty for 10 or 15 minutes into the breakfast period. The fruit juice machine usually contained only water regardless of the type of juice selected. The individual who managed the "kitchen" was obviously overwhelmed and couldn't plan ahead, which meant thaty the food, juice, and coffee cream containers were frequently empty and required 10 to 20 minutes to be replenished. Terrible service for a first class establishment and the worse that I have experienced at any of the Holiday Inn Express hotels #Nevada, Arizona, California, Utah, etc#. The lack of a quality breakfast means that there are better values in the immediate area for the weary traveler. December 9, 2012

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great room, but........ New HIE, great room. The staff on the other hand ranged from great to rude and obnoxious. We were greeted by a very warm and friendly employee. Later in the evening another staff member on duty in lobby was extremely rude, condescending, and abrupt (8PM). When I asked her where the coffee was located she tersely said, "Don't you have a coffee pot in your room?" When I replied yes she told me "If you want coffee at 8PM in the evening make your own in your room or go to Starbucks". The next evening I asked her some questions about the area and was dismissed with reference to she was busy. There was no one else at the desk or in the lobby. On our second nights stay we were awakened at 2:30am by a loud TV. Determining it was not a neighboring room I opened the door only to discover it was the TV in the lobby. I would recommend the hotel because it was new and the room very comfortable, but would suggest you get a room as far from the lobby as possible, and don't expect much from the evening and late night staff. Also this is the only HIE where coffee was not available in the lobby or breakfast room at all times. I will probably look for another hotel in the area if I visit again. October 28, 2012

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Our Great Stay and Food I've stayed at another Holiday Inn Express where they made mistakes on booking and giving no receipt. All your staff seem well trained and made repairs to the pancack machine until they got it right! Having the "Quick Check Out" slipped under our door at 4 AM was a wonderful thing to behold when we got up; the other franchised Holiday Inn never did this and we found out at home that we were double charged! You did not overbook us as the previously mentioned franchised Holiday Inn Express did just two weeks before. In comparison, same great service and food as our first visit to you establishment just two months previously!! October 12, 2012
