Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Great Front Desk Service As I arrived around 1:20Am on Monday - I was greeted by a young lady name Amanda and she display an exemplary form of customer service, going above and beyond in making my check in easy. Please know that I came from South VA driving and it took me 9hrs to get there. As I was checking in, she notice that my corporate office did not do the corrected due diligence to get my reservation properly and paid for, she then took charge in getting all information necessary from my corporate to make it easy for me, as she notice how exhausted I was from my long journey. Folks, this is the reason that Holiday Inn @ Swanse MA sets you apart from any other Hotel in the area. I'm planning to come back on Dec 1st and stay for another week due to my job and looking forward staying at your location again. Know that there is many Hotel in the area but the salt and season, as the GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE delivery from Amanda will not deviate me to go anywhere else. Thank you again, Sincerely, Lino G. The room was beautiful and spotless great housekeeping. The pool was crystal clear and heated, the hot tub great too. My wife and I truly had a memorable time and will stay again. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Five nights in Swansea/Providence We enjoyed our stay in the Providence area and our lodging at your hotel. The people at the hotel were great and the facilities were satisfactory. The discounts given to guests dining at Kent's Restaurant were much appreciated and the food at Ken'ts was very good. We dined there three times. There are not many good restaurants in the immediate area of the hotel and this is one deficiency of its location. Avoid the large Chinese restaurant down the road at the main intersection near the Dunkin Donuts The free breakfasts at the hotel had one important deficiency: too many sugary cereals meant for children. Also the TVs in the guest rooms were not high definition and the sound was poor. I like to read before retiring in the evening but the lighting was too dim. for reading. Nevertheless, I would not hesitate to stay here again when I am in the area. November 8, 2014

They were swapped out and/or reprogrammed 4x within the first hour I arrived, and ultimately only one worked. The maintenance person tried to swap out a battery pack for the door lock, but to no avail. Additionally, there were candy wrappers and grape stems/vines in the room from previous occupants in between the furniture. It did not look like the room cleanup was as thorough as it could be. Overall the experience was average and the quality was average for the price. November 7, 2014
