Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Service and convieient to the arae This is a very nice and comfortable hotel. The breakfast area was very clean and offered very ample selections. The room was very nice. I had a problem with the TV in the next room playing loudly into the early morning hours, but that was the only issue I experienced. November 13, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Met needs, no complaints, reasonable cost This is a middle-priced motel, well-suited to people of average income traveling at their own expense or on a limited expense account. It's neither fancy nor austere. The major point in its favor, which I want to emphasize, is that everything about it was as good as it needed to be for a comfortable night's stay. I found nothing to complain about. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had everything necessary, without anything that would add unnecessary cost. I asked for a soft bed because of my back, and got one I found reasonably comfortable. The heating system and shower valve were simple and straightforward to understand and operate. The self-service breakfast buffet was efficiently run. It showed evidence of careful planning and good management. The food was equivalent to what would be expected at a small restaurant. Nothing ran out, and there were no bottlenecks to delay a traveler on a schedule. The one person staffing it continuously kept up with replenishing the food and cleaning the tables. November 12, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by the room was nice bed comfortable staff never bothered to ask the kids to stop running in the halls or yelling didn't seem to care that there was no room for us to have breakfast we were just overnight guest Well its over now the place was nice and well cared for The car in the front parking lot with no tires on it was a bit strange little nervous about that didn't know if it was vandleism or not should be removed November 11, 2015

Have had a microwave in the past ,this room did not and we had to reconnect the cable on the Tv everytime we used it. the local stations would not connect. November 11, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Our choice place to stay in the Swansea area We visit annually to visit relatives and friends. Swansea is centrally located relative to the places we visit. My only complaint is that, in the room we had, the TV was lined up with the bed and the desk with the sofa. I'd prefer the opposite. November 5, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Staff and a Wonderful Experience This hotel was beyond my expectations. Every staff memeber was helpful and kind. The pool area could be a little bit better. But it looks like they are working on that. The suite I booked was very large, clean and made you feel right at home. The Breakfast was delicious and the hotel had plenty of staff to assist with anything. The cleaning crew was willing to work around my schedule to clean the room which was awesome. By far one of the best experiences I have had at a hotel. Thanks Swansea! We will be back! November 5, 2015
