I HAVE USED THE COMPUTERS IN THE MOTEL BUSINESS CENTER BEFORE WITH GOOD RESULTS. THIS TRIP THOUGH, IN THE USE OF THE SAME COMPUTERS, WAS NOT GOOD. THE PROGRAMS THAT WERE ON THE UNITS COULD NOT OPEN FILES ON MY THUMB DRIVE. THE PROGRAMS NEEDED WERE EXCEL AND WORD OR COMPATABLE PROGRAMS. THE PROGRAMS WERE THEIR BEFORE, BUT HAVE BEEN REMOVED.

Very clean hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. My husband and I, were looking for a restaurant that served beer....the staff was more that happy to direct us with choices.

The hotel staff are great. They are always very polite and willing to help. The breakfast is good and the location in Sweetwater along I-20 is very convenient.

I have the distinct pleasure of traveling with students from a small school to many debate meets each year. This is our third stay at the Sweetwater location and we have not had a bad experience yet!

Our best stay at HE in years. I've stayed at Holiday Inns since 1961, I've seen the best and the worst in both the USA & Canada. This is one of the very best.
The front desk welcome and attitude/enthusiasm was perfect
for welcoming a tired traveler as well as a Priority Club Member. The lady did everything perfectly.

We noticed dirty footprints in the bathroom and pillows that didn't appear to have the linen changed. But we decided to overlook that and not complain.
After we unpacked and settled in my wife had an allergic reaction to a cat that obviously had been in the room. We should have bailed out then but didn't because of the hassle involved changing rooms.
Finally, after breakfast my wife used the restroom next to the check in and there was no toilet paper available. Yikes!!!!
After advising the main desk the they offered to refund the rate but after returning home it appears we were charged anyway.

Room was clean, staff was great. But there is NO sound insulation in this building. I could hear my neighbors talking, slamming doors.

This hotel could not be better. The staff members are excellent and make you feel very at home, and the room was comfortable and quiet. I strongly recommend this hotel!

This is a very nice property but it is the staff that made it top rated. We were traveling from El Paso to the DFW region and stopped in Sweetwater as a halfway point. That night my wife became ill and had to be admitted in the Sweetwater Hospital for two days. The staff was very accomodating, and helped me through the whole ordeal. You have a great team there and I truly appreciate their service.

Disappointed that I did not receive a room upgrade of any kind for being a Platinum Member. In fact I did not receive ANY mention of being a Platinum member.
