Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not impressed I reserved a king room and was stuck with a tiny room with a queen bed alongside the elevator. It was loud all night and stuffy. The room was clearly an afterthought. The pictures and mirror hung on the wall were severely crooked (screwed that way). Very disappointed in the room. Have had great experiences at other Holiday Inns but this was a let down. June 29, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean and Comfy. After almost 2 weeks at the Holiday Inn and Suites hotel in Sycamore IL, I do not hesitate to recommend this property as an excellent place to rest and relax. The staff is excellent, the grounds and property are well-maintained, and the hotel is close to shopping and restaurants. I have stayed at many IHG hotels and this is a great example of the quality and value that you can expect from this chain. Good sleeping! June 20, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly staff and clean rooms The staff was friendly and very accommodating. Our only issue was with breakfast. They had a large occupancy that week end and the guests were inconsiderate of others. They blocked the food area and sat at tables talking when they were finished eating. We didn't get to take advantage of the lovely breakfast that they provided on 2 of our 3 mornings there. June 4, 2015
