Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean, Cozy and Comfortable You will be most happy to stay at this lovely facility. It's easy access and most of all it's CLEAN!. If you're like me, clean is the most important. But this facility is that and more. We checked in very late and the young lady at the front desk was extremely accommodating and gracious. The room was beautiful and I felt like I was in a far more expensive hotel than the cost. Breakfast was great with a large variety of foods to meet even the pickiest eater. The Smokey Mountains are beautiful and this cozy getaway is just what you need for tranquility and relaxation. Stay here and enjoy.... May 17, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by not a pet friendly place Just wanted to let everyone know, if you have a pet, do not stay here. the manager called and advised that someone had complained on our pet for barking during the night. We tried to explain it was from the staff putting the copy of our bill and the news paper under the door. It scared him and he did bark. house keeping went to the door and he started barking again. Like we stated, it scared him. So if you have pets, you may want to stay somewhere else. we thought this was a pet friendly place...I guess not!!!!! May 8, 2013

Unfortunately, the plumbers activated the fire alarm which was a new experience for me. After the water issue & fire alarm were resolved, I had an uneventful stay. April 17, 2013

Breakfast was very filling and breakfast bar was kept well stocked the whole time the area was open. Everyone was very nice....only complaint was that the hot tub and indoor pool was not open.
