Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A sense of security Feeling safe is a major concern for travelers, especially those over 65. While the rest of the world is focused on business, many of us are just concerned with extracting every detail from every experience. We felt we were safe at Holiday Inn Express. There was a visible staff, that saw us as necessary for their continued employment, and went out of their way to accommodate our every request. (and older folks can sure test your patience) The room and guest area were not only clean, but questions were answered before they were even asked. Like, checkout times, and local places to eat. We saw lots of smiles, and we needed that. A huge item on the list is what didn't happen: no sanitation complaints, no late room clean up, no personnel issues, and no room fee blunders. It was a thorough and complete experience, with you guys at the wheel. You made it fun. Thank you. December 10, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A wonderful experience The Holiday Inn Dillsboro is a wonderful hotel. From the moment we checked in we were well taken care of by the professional and friendly hotel staff. Our room was spotless and offered wonderful views. The breakfast was very good and featured a pancake in a minute machine where you press a button and one minute later a pancake appears. This is one of the best experiences I have ever had in a Holiday Inn! November 25, 2014
