Staff was excellent. Very friendly and helpful.
Room was outdated & bed was mediocre.
TV channels had just been changed and were also mediocre.
If it wasn't for the staff I'd say this hotel is fair or below.

Came back from a long day and found the room not serviced. Individual at desk stated we could come back later to get clean towels. No apologies until the next morning and only after second trip to front desk. Didn't receive explanation and was not contacted. Not good.

This property is in need of some serious maintenance and a good scrubbing. Our room was very dusty like no one had been in it for awhile and very outdated. The entire property is in need of some attention. Our family will not be returning.

Being a Priority Club member, I and my family have stayed at this Holiday Inn Express a number of times in the past and have always enjoyed it. However, like most places that get large amounts of traffic, I must say that things are really needing some love to help it from all the wear and tear. I have always enjoyed the raised beds in your rooms with firm but nicely comfortable mattresses. In our room this time, the beds were no longer raised and both were very tired and worn down. The sheets on one bed appeared to have not even been changed. The Staff has always been courteous and helpful to us and breakfast has always been very good. It's just a shame that this visit was not one our more memorable experiences.

This was the most nasty and disgusting Holiday Inn I have ever stayed at. I am a Platinum Elite member and have stayed at MANY, MANY locations - this one is a disgrace to the brand. There was hair and soap scum in the bathtub. The mattress had springs sticking out of it. They actually put some type of army blanket as their mattress pad. The clerk admitted knowing about appreciation for their Priority Club Members, but had absolutely nothing to offer - no cold water, no cookies, no newspaper. There was some kind of nasty food debris on the walls in the room. The pillows were similar to a $4.00 fiber fill pillow you can buy at any dime store. This property definitely slips the Holiday Inn into the "low-budget" category. Would NEVER stay there again.

Booked the room, non refundable, then read the reviews--- Ugh... they were accurate. Room was smelly, and dust spider webs on the wood moulding near the ceilings. Bathtub had creepy black stuff that apparently isn't able to be scrubbed out by housekeeping.
Went to breakfast at 9:30 on Sunday am, supposed to be open until 10:00 -- got the last of the sausage and eggs, several other families got nothing. Staff was no where around to keep the food stocked. Finally showed up when someone went to the front for more coffee, and then NEVER replenished the empty food trays.
Did enjoy the afternoon at the pool on a lovely fall day.

This is a older holiday inn, there is no office, you set in a room across with the elevator to do office work one had speaker and one computer no speaker. The one with speaker wouldn't work on video which I need to use. On the other computer it had no speakers. Then our room had potty left in toilet and toilet paper.

This hotel is recommended by my local colleagues as "the best in town." Each time I stay here I find that the property has deteriorated. The property is in need of repair, cleaning, and updating. The tub in my room was black and I was informed by housekeeping that they have tried to clean it several times to no avail. The odor in the hallway was overwhelming and the air conditioning was not in full working order.
