We have stayed in another Holiday Inn in Tampa before but we will never stay any were but this one, we were treated so well, the rooms a clean, bathroom, overall it was great experience. And they had a wonderful breakfast, the ladies in the front desk were wonderful to,Ms. Lois and Ms Judy, it way a wonderful stay.

The hotel was great! The rooms were updated and very comfortable! Staff was terrific and we even got a complimentary beverage upon arrival! Lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance and easy to get around the area. Even though the hotel is about a mile off of I-75, it was in a very quiet little area--no traffic noise at all.
Will definitely stay here again!

A very nice motel. The staff was pleasant and timely with the check in. The breakfast was cooked very well and was fresh. The rooms were great, with refrigerators and microwaves. There were many elec. outlets.

The hotel is well located, near to a Best Buy, Fridays, etc. the people is nice and relaxed, there are a little shop with some thik to eat and drink and the check out is very expedite you even need to go to the desk , you recieve your invoice in the room and is all.

We were in the Tampa area awaiting the arrival of our first granddaughter and ended up staying all week. The staff treated us like family and towards the end of our stay someone would ask every time we entered the property if the baby had arrived yet. Made us feel like family.

I had a mixed experience in this hotel. I will probably not return to this particular hotel. It really depended on who you dealt with at the front desk that determined your level of service. I spent 9 nights there and got some spectacular service and some very poor service depending on who I spoke with. It started out rough when I called ahead a day ahead of time and asked if I could check in at 1pm. I was told that I could so I planned around it. When I got there the room was not ready and I had to wait an hour. I know I asked for somthing extra with early check in, but I would much rather have had them tell me no so that I could prepare other arrangements. Some of the staff were helpful and genuinly cared and some were just very superficial about it. Overall I gave it three stars because it really ran the spectrum.

What a pleasure it was staying here. It has everything you could possibly need right down to complimentary ice cream.
Been in a different hotel for the last 4 weeks and this is the best hotel and best value for money.
Great staff too.
