Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Not bad, not great (as usual) As always, room was very clean. Our AC wasn't cooling the room very well. I called, but it was late and maintenance had already left and apparently there were no other rooms. So...stuffy night. : ( Was not greeted as a club member. Not the usual for this property, but still a mostly relaxing evening. April 23, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by not impressed We chose this hotel for its closeness to the airport and its shuttle service. We first noticed the room door's safety latch was broken. Although it was eventually fixed, it is something that the guest shouldn't have had to stand over the maintenance to do over twice. The air conditioning unit was very loud and noisy, making it hard to sleep. The chair in the room was very worn and uncomfortable. There were large stains on the carpet. The beds were awful and worn. Both mattresses slumped in the middle. The pillows were old and very worn. There weren't enough bath towels. This was very very disappointing for a Holiday Inn Express experience. We left early in the morning before breakfast was set up. We could grab coffee, but the cups were so small, it wasn't really even worth it. And, the hot water wasn't ready for tea. This was a huge disappointment. April 19, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Poor shuttle service for cruise package The room was nice and clean. The shuttle service to the cruise line was good, but the return trip back to the hotel was difficult to arrange. I was told to call the number when we arrived back at the port. I called right away and had a hard time getting through. It would just ring with no answer. After someone answered, I was told that someone would be there soon. After 30 minutes, I called back to get an ETA and was told it would be another 30-45 minutes. I waited and still no one showed up. I had to call a taxi in order to get back to the hotel. That was $30 that I shouldn't have had to spend. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for other cruisers. April 17, 2015
