Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Need to improve the Transportation Experience We paid the hotel to take us to and from the Tampa Cruise Port. Ity took them over 1 1/2 hours to pick us up, despite several promises of earlier missed pick-up times. This portion of the stay was unacceptable by many people and is a problem at this hotel. Needs management attention and adequate resources to correct. If you decide to stay at this hotel, call a taxi.......Don't pay for the hotel return transportation! January 29, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointed on second stay I was given a room at the far end of the hotel and I could not get connected to the WIFI. I went to the front desk "twice" reporting this. The second time the the front desk staff asked the maintenance person to go move the router. I returned to my room and never was able to connect to WIFI in my room. This room was not nearly as nice as the first room I stayed in at this location. It was like I was in a totally different hotel on the second stay. All in all, this was a very Poor stay at the hotel January 27, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Take in your Nail File! Check in is excruciatingly L-O-N-G! (It was 16 min. After, I started looking at my watch!) And I was third! NEVER have had such a long wait for Anything, at any hotel ever, and I was a business traveler for over 15 yrs. these folks need to hire someone to man the lobby when it's 3:00! Didn't think I was in Mexico, but seemed that things were a tad in S-L-O-W Motion at this place. Line was like TSA following 9-11. Hope the parties behind me got a room before midnight.
