Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by uncomfortable bed The breakfast was the usual Holiday Inn food very acceptable no disappointment. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. The room was freezing when I arrived. Surprised to see an employee using the computer in the business center when he should have been working. April 22, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed The bed was very comfortable and the pillow were very soft after a long day this was very pleasant to be able to relax and have a sound sleep. There were adequate sheets and comforters to provide a warm but not hot sleeping. The temperature of the room having an individual setting allowed the ability to keep the room at a temperature that was comfortable to me. April 20, 2015

The manager is always friendly and talking with guest. I do think you should up grade the T.V.'s and add pay per view movies. You should also add slip free striping all your tubs at this location before someone gets hurt. (Someone is going to slip and fall) April 13, 2015

But we booked a jacuzzi room, and the strong chemical smell in the room (presumably due to cleaning chemicals) was completely overwhelming. It gave us both such a headache we needed to step outside to fresh air. Really, really bad. Room itself was extremely dated and in poor condition - bathtub had torn and ripped caulk all around it, grout worn out of the tile, carpeting was poor, and felt like we were staying in an old motel versus a Holiday Inn Express.
