Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by mold and creatures I was very surprised at the condition of our room. Upon check in we were given a room on the 4th floor, as soon as we walked in you could smell mold. Thinking it was coming from the filthy air conditioner we asked to switch rooms. We were moved directly across the hall and the smell was the same, and it was a smoking room. The only reason we did not check out is the hotel was close to my daughters house and we were in Tampa to celebrate my grandsons 1st birthday. On the 3rd night when we got back to the hotel there was a lizard in the hall outside our room. We will not stay there again. October 5, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best HIE in the country!! I stay in hotels a lot, but this is my very favorite hotel in this category. It is always clean and inviting, and even sent an email early in the day welcoming me to their hotel! The staff was very attentive, and friendly. The setting is in a beautifully landscaped, peaceful environment, in spite of the fact that it is close to a large highway. Breakfast was great, and well attended by staff. I WILL be back!! Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Almost a Perfect Stay The hotel was excellent. The staff was awesome. Room was comfortable and clean. I would stay there again without hesitation but would offer a couple suggestions. The room did not have a refrigerator. We have stayed at Holiday Inn Express' across the country and this was the first time one was not in the room. They do have rooms equipped with refrigerators and microwaves but not all. I also was slightly disappointed with the TV channel selections. My selections for news were primarily conservative channels such as Fox News (one I do not watch). I wanted to watch some golf but did not get the Golf Channel. September 23, 2015

Only drawback is that this hotel may be outdated, especially the sound proofing is an issue. But I still recommend it if you have ear plug, or if you won't be bothered by noises. September 23, 2015

Check in was very easy and was able to get settled in my room without any problems. The Business Center was easily accessible to confirm my plans for the following day, including airport information. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Roach hotel I saw 4 roaches in the room which really made for a bad experience. I have stayed At this hotel in the past and didn't see any roaches. I know it is FLORIDA and bugs are part of living there, as I live in Florida. But 4 was a bit to much! September 14, 2015
