Your are checked in fast as well as checked out fast. Breakfast in the morning is just enough to start your day. I would and plan on staying here again. November 17, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointed Hotel itself was fine. However very disappointed with management/ownership. I am a platinum reward member who stays at IHG properties over 200 nights a year. Now I don't expect royal treatment, however it is nice to get an upgraded room after a long day. Because of my government (yes, government) rate I was told I was ineligible for the usual upgrade platinum members are give when available. So it wasn't because of the hotel being busy or even that they had no suites available because they most certainly did. The problem was that the front desk lady was not allowed to give me the upgrade based on the fact that I may be platinum but I am a government employee on a discounted rate. What kind of logic is that I asked? I get upgrades all of the time I explained. She then said she wasn't the one who is in charge of it and that the hotel is privately owned. Basically meaning the guy calling the shots could care less about IHG members on any tier. Pretty pathetic considering I will never stay here again based solely on the fact that they were "unable" to upgrade me to a room that inevitably remained empty the whole night anyway. Oh and the Internet was unusable as most Holiday Inn properties are. But that's a whole other story. November 10, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Staff and Location was good. I've stayed in many locations with Holiday Inn Express. This location was okay, I wanted to get in the jacuzzi however it was broken. When I woke up in the middle of the night I noticed the bed had fleas. The next morning my ankles had bites all over them. I was disappointed with my stay this time. I'm not to sure if I will stay again if I have to come back to the area. October 18, 2014
