The room was very nice, the breakfast choices were extremely generous. I would definitely revisit this hotel again. The only negative is with IHG Rewards Club. This is the third time I have had trouble with them and had to call to make sure my points were added. August 15, 2013

I requested being close to other guests that I booked with and a king bed. I was given two doubles and a room on a different floor than my friends. Happy other than those issues. August 2, 2013

The room was large and comfortable, the cleaning was timely and well done and the breakfast was awesome. I will be making this a 'home away from home' when I visit my old hometown Temecula. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Delightful Stay at the Holiday Inn Temecula I traveled with my elderly parents and stayed at the Holiday Inn Temecula for several nights. The room was clean, refreshing and large enough for the three of us. There were no issues with the room. The only problems that I reported with the front desk was the loose shower massage. The handle that the shower massage was attached to on the wall rotated too much so that when you'd turn on the shower it would would drop and spray you. One final item I felt that needed updating was the equipment in the gym. The Nordic track equipment was dirty, didn't work right and a bit outdated. Overall, I had a great stay at the hotel. The staff was great. I liked the "bagged" breakfast that was ready at the front desk for people on the go. I thought that was a great touch. Good job Holiday Inn Express Temecula!! June 30, 2013

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointed We have enjoyed almost every stay we have had with Holiday Inn, but this one left a lot to be desired. We were expecting a lot more comfort and nicer rooms for what we paid and what we went through to get a room here. The rooms were small, the bed not very comfortable and the staff was not helpful at all. We will definitely not stay at this Holiday Inn again. June 22, 2013

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Completely Unsatisfied For starters, once we checked in, we were never told by the rep at the front desk that our room was a Handicapped Room when she handed us the room key. That was a huge strike right there. My wife and I are not handicapped at all. We requested a non-smoking, 1 king bed room. We went back down to let the rep at the front desk know and told her we preferred another room. She did not apologize, just simply told us that the only other room she had available was a double room. She also mentioned that the hotel was booked. Honestly, why wasn't anything of this told to us as soon as we gave our name to check in? Common courtesy as well as good customer service would've been nice and that would've given us an opportunity to decide if we wanted to keep our reservations here or go to another hotel. We stayed with the handicapped room and regretted it. There was a doorbell to our room that was pushed a few times (3 to be exact) by guests in the hallway. Coming and going from the hotel each day, we were never greeted or asked if we needed help finding our way some place. This unfortunately was not the hotel stay we were expecting. The rep told us she would let us know as soon as a regular non-smoking room opened up for us but we were never called which let us know, another room never opened up or our request was forgotten. Pretty much how we want this hotel stay to be.....forgotten. May 30, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Overall really impressive Holiday Inn Express yet This may be the most impressive Holiday Inn Express I've stayed at yet, bar the Bayside Holiday Inn Express. The flat screen TVs are quite nice, but the channel surfing could use some improvement; there is no guide option, just a self-scrolling channel listing on channel 3. Bathrooms are fully stocked with a shaving mirror and the beds are nice and comfy. The windows have three glass panels to block out the noise from the I-15 traffic, and the last one doesn't open all the way. The thermostat was just a simple knob and not a digital readout. Plenty of power outlets available and theres a strange mirror and desk and chair combo in the hallway. April 23, 2013

I guess it was remodeled in the past year so it felt new. The staff was great. The only problem I had was that somebody smoked in the room and it still smelled. The front desk offered me a new room though. I would not hesitate to stay here again. April 3, 2013

Quick check-in and was thanked for being a platinum member and offered a goodie bag with water and a snack. The room was very nice and the matress was very comfortable. One thing I like about most Holiday Inn Express is the consistencey of the matresses and bedding between most of them. I will stay there again next time I am in that area for business or pleasure. Not to far away from the Temecula wine country. April 1, 2013

It is great throughout the day but so bad in early morning hours, being from the east coast I woke up pretty early and the WiFi would keep kicking me off every couple of minutes. Our room was so nice and clean that it appeared brand new. Linen was fresh and clean ad the bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was soooooo good. If you are in Temecula, stay here because definitely worth it and so relaxing. November 15, 2012

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Would recommend but with one change We were able to check in a little early which we like. Treated really well being a priority club member. i liked the one morning that we left and there were to go bags with a couple snacks and water to comfort us with the heat. The hot breakfast is always a plus. The only thing i would change there is the little omelettes, Should make some with and without cheese. i am from wisconsin but don't like melted cheese in omelettes. The outdoor pool was a refreshing break from the heat. Overall? I will stay here again. Now the almost bad news. We were out there for our son's wedding and had some pretty tight schedules to keep. We did the automated wake-up call and for 3 days in a row, we did not get it. the third day we also set our cell phones to wake us up. I did mention this to the morning staffer and they said they would look into it. nothing changed. the third morning, the staffer that was there told us that we needed to call the front desk for the wake-up call and they can enter it manually. i did this on the 4th and 5th day and it worked like a charm. We did however have to be late for two meetings and miss one completely causing a lot of stress for my son and his fiance'. But we made it through it all anyway. with this being the only thing that happened, i would very much so recommend this hotel. Nice and Quiet also. So, the change that i would like to see made is that the automated wakeup call system be fixed or make sure that the staff tell the customers, when they check in, that the automated system is not the best way to do the wake up call, that they should call the front desk.
