Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Business trip gone wrong While the hotel was nice, the Internet was down for over 24 hours. I choose to stay at the Holiday Inn Express brands because they are typically friendly to business-related travelers. Everything about this stay was okay but Internet is essential to my job. I spent more time outside the hotel than in because I had to go elsewhere to find Internet service. January 24, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nice place to stay We've stayed here before so were expecting the same level of service. Seems like the property is slipping a bit as it was hard to get ahold of someone at front desk in evenings. We also had a different (higher) rate than expected for rooms (2 rooms). Since we checked in very late, we didn't notice the rate until the final bill was delivered. January 3, 2015

I always have a great nights sleep with the comfy bed and pillows. Also I always enjoy a great hot breakfast. Just a few reasons why I stay here. I do recommend this property. January 2, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good Stay Stayed here for 2 nights as it was 15 min from Sky Harbor and in a nice location. Room as clean and upgrade due to my status (didn't even have to ask). Quiet and clean. ONLY complaint is the very poor WiFi. I had to stand near the door in order to get 3 bars. Could not use it to do any meaningful business work. This minor issue will not stop me from staying again as the location and price always seem to be right. Staff was nice, breakfast was typical for HIE. Met my expectations. December 20, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by new? or old? the place looks great, but has to be old for as dated as our room smelled. staff was great, and breakfast was good. the shower/tub in the bathroom left a lot to be desired. we have stayed at several other Holiday Inn Expresses over the last year, and this was by and far the most disappointing.
