The hotel is very new looking inside and is modern and clean with great amenities. The free breakfast is great and the lobby area is a great place to hang out. Very professional staff and service. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Still like new I stayed in this hotel the first week it opened and was very surprised and appreciative that it still looks clean and new after being opened a few years upon my last stay. This is probably among the best Holiday Inn Express Hotels I have stayed in stretching from Eastern Pennsylvania, South to Savannah Georgia and as far West as Seattle. Many are good but so far this is a very clean, well managed, consistent hotel. It is clear that for it to be such a good place...everyone works as a great team and want those who work so hard day in and day out to know that your effort does go noticed by those who stay with you. Thank you! I thought everything was perfect. My only suggestion...and this would apply to all hotels is that they crank that heat up in the pool a few degrees. December 2, 2013

The only problems we had was that my wife found a few hairs on top of the blanket and the air in the hotel was really dry. The free breakfast was a bonus we did not know about. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Extended Stay and Service was awesome! My recent extended stay at Holiday Inn Express was awesome. The front desk and housekeeping staff was excellent. Anytime I called the front desk, they always spoke to me by name. Mallory was quick to look into whatever I asked. I stayed 3 months and have a cat,. The housekeeping staff took great care of my kitty while cleaning my room on a daily basis. Tammy, Anessa, Sis, Chelsea took special care of my Cleo as well as Julie & Connie. They all were very consciousness and careful that Cleo did not get out of the room. Breakfast was very special as Jamie made sure I had everything I needed. She even made sure I had Cranapple juice every morning. Jamie was so friendly and helpful with information of the area. Addy was so sweet on the weekends to take care of the breakfast, she always had a smile no matter what. I would highly recommend this hotel for business and pleasure travel. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Thanks to the front desk staff We arrived around 6 pm and thought we had reservations. I selected the wrong HI (located at the next exit. The HIE front desk staff said this happens regularly. They called HI and assured us that we had reservation. I asked if the HIE had a room which they did and I ask if we could say here rather than the HI. They took care of everything quickly and with no hassles. Very gratifying. November 12, 2013

The bed was very comfortable and having a refrigerator and microwave to use for our little dog was great.. The housekeeping staff was friendly as were all the employees. Upscale decor throughout, fast elevator, inviting lounge with fireplace, and those ultra-comfy beds. Only drawback is that it's acres away from the city, so you have to drive to get anywhere--- but the beauty and serenity of the hotel just about cover that. November 7, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A wonderful night's stay I arrived in Terre Haute early, but was allowed to check in around 1 p.m. That helped a lot as I had somewhere to be by 3:00. The room was nicely appointed, the bed was comfortable, the shower pressure was great, and the room appeared to be very clean. The next morning, I stopped by for breakfast before heading home. The area was well stocked with food, the tables were cleaned, and there was a staff person there restocking and cleaning the area constantly. No criticisms or suggestions for this place at all! Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Totally disappointed I am a business traveler and have spent over 50 weeks in Holiday Inns over the past 18 months and this week, because they are full I get a room for 4 nights without a refrigerator. Don't understand, was here last week, got upgraded to a suite and paid $20 per night less. Loyalty really doesn't mean anything! The motto should be "thank you loyal customer for your stay, unless we can rent your room to someone else". I guess I will buy a cooler. And what happened to warm welcome with a bottle of water or a candy bar? I guess the more you come back the less they really care! If you have not figured it out, I am disappointed. October 14, 2013

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Clean & Friendly Service But to push my rating higher, it needed better lighting in the bathroom, a mini frig, some gluten free foods for breakfast & crowd control in the pool where MANY boisterous children were playing Marco Polo at the top of their lungs! The bed sheets, pillows & comforter (delivered by housekeeping at my request) were great, but the bed definitely needed a new pillow top mattress. Although it is located close to the interstate, the room & facility were quiet & it felt more like a country setting. October 3, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by The Best Holiday Inn Express ever This Holiday Inn Express is the best of any Holiday Inns at which I stayed. It was absolutely lovely, clean and finely appointed. The hotel is a year old which explains the pristine physical building. There is a gorgeous fire place with stone and wonderful décor items located in the eating area. The clerks and other workers were very polite and helpful. There was not recumbent bike in the Exercise room, just treadmills. October 1, 2013

It was nice having a microwave and refrigerator to use due to the length of our stay. We made sure our little dog was quiet and we did not hear other dogs barking. The breakfast offerings were many and good. We would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Terre Haute area. September 24, 2013

Included breakfast consisted of the usual stuff - waffles, bagels, eggs and sausage - good but not great. Could have used some fresh fruit. 3rd floor room comfortable but noisy - heard a lot of door slamming and could easily hear every car, truck and motorcycle that drove by on Rt. 46. September 4, 2013
