I have learned, the Jacuzzi suits are the way to go. Being able to relax in the Jacuzzi after a long day is very soothing. Thank you for you professional management team and enjoyable experience. So for this reason I recommend you getting your free gift bag instead of the points. Are just do what I plan to do, drive to the next Holiday Inn just a few miles down the road, May 13, 2015

The guest rooms are updated with nice furniture and have refrigerators and coffee makers. Nice television, also. The bathroom is clean and spacious. The staff is friendly and helpful. Restaurants and shopping are nearby. Easy on and off the interstate, also, for travelers. May 13, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Breakfast experience and room lighting I'd like to comment on what was said to me when I made a statement to the breakfast attendant that the coffee was cold. Two of the pots were empty and the coffee in the other pot was cold. The attendant said, "they come down here with all those thermos and expletive...she then grabbed the pot and went to the back to refill it, I guess. Her tone was very rude and disrespectful. I've stayed at this hotel twice a year for business for the past nine years and will keep returning because of the convenience. This is the first bad experience concerning the elevators and the poor lighting in the room. For years, there had always been a tall lamp in the corner which aided the lighting in the room. As part of my trip, I had to do a lot of reading and the lighting was not conducive to my getting my work done at all. At one point I timed the elevator and I waited exactly seven minutes for it.
