Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Front Desk Clerk was Not a Friendly Person - Room was Great! Upon arrival at 11:30pm, we were locked out. We stood in the vestibule for almost five minutes before the front desk clerk acknowledged our presence and unlocked the door. While checking-in, he did not smile once, nor did he recognize us as Gold Level members. Our room was extremely comfortable and clean. Plenty of towels and pillows. The beds were terrific. Staff is considerate, friendly and greet me as a IGH member when I check in. I love the cinnamon rolls at the free breakfast buffet! November 14, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best hotel in Texarkana There are a lot of hotels in Texarkana, and in my opinion, this is the best place to stay. The whole staff is great, from the manager on down. They are friendly each and everytime you see them, no matter what they have going on or how busy they are. I also like the "special" attention the hotel gives to those who stay with them. The sugar free cookies are great, and they offer sugar free items at the breakfast bar too. The location of the hotel is hard to beat as well. Close to shopping and restaurants, and I always feel safe and secure as I come and go. I'v had to have things shipped to the hotel several times while staying there, and each and everytime I have a delivery, they give me a courtesy call to let me know my package has arrived. When you add all this up, why would you want to stay anywhere else? November 8, 2014

The manager has helped us with our rooms for 3 years. They have been helpful with reserving rooms which includes changing dates, times of arrival, and cancelations. I November 5, 2014
