This hotel would be a very nice place to stay or vacation at. The staff went out of there way to make this stay enjoyable as well. You won't go wrong stay here! December 15, 2012

I think the people in general in the area are just plain friendly folks, but this was a most pleasant experience. If I pass though Texarkana again I will definitely stay at this hotel. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by front desk/breakfast personnel I had to come to Texarkana on very short notice to visit a very ill friend who is dying of cancer. I called your 800 number initially and spoke with a lady who I literally could not understand - she apparently could not understand me either. I then called the hotel directly and spoke with Shelby, the hotel's front desk clerk. She listened to the explanation of my situation and made the necessary arrangements for my stay. I would like to extend the highest possible praise to Shelby - she was congenial and extremely helpful, and she is an asset to your organization. The lady who was responsible for the breakfast service was equally nice and very attentive, and I must apologize for not getting her name. But it was Shelby who "saved" this bit of business for your hotel. October 12, 2012
