I was so pleased with my accommodations! I haven't been at a Holiday Inn Express for at least a year but have previously enjoyed your hotels but will definitely look at staying more often in my business travels if this hotel is an example of what I would be enjoying. They have updated the rooms and they are great, the rooms are clean, modern and comfortable,USB ports, all over the place. There are several eating options nearby and it's right next to the mall. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Conflicted stay After being in the car with kids for 11 hours, all I wanted out of our stay was a comfortable bed and a good night's sleep. Our room was clean, up dated, and the bed was great. Unfortunately, the clanging, incredibly loud A/C unit prevented the good night's sleep. There is a placard on the premises that states if any part of the stay is not satisfactory, the client doesn't have to pay for it. When I called to be asked to be moved to another room, I was told there were no other rooms. No part of my stay was refunded. It's a nice hotel that normally I would mark for a repeat, but I would not dare take a chance on another night like that one. June 12, 2016
