The hotel sold out that weekend and the staff handled requests for extra towels and soap along with roll-away beds without missing a beat. They remembered guests by name and you were always greeted with a smile. They showed true Southern Hospitality during the entire weekend. They all deserve a "Great Job" award! August 11, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Wish we Could see the Staff more Its a beautiful property,very clean and well kept,the only difference from all the other HIEX we have stayed at before,beds are doubles instead of Queens bed like most IHG Properties.We noticed there was big hand written NO VACANCY sign taped on the door,You can barely see anyone in the Front Desk as youre going in and out you get the feeling they dont want to see no one.We rang the bell twice for more towels but no success.I will give it another try..Hopefully no double beds the next time and the hand written sign,please no!Have the guests come in and see how nice it is inside before theyre sent on their way to find another place somewhere else when sold out.I bet you they will be back and they might book early just to stay there...
