Good continental breakfast, helpful staff all round. Would use it again. This is the second time of using The Hague, Holiday Inn Express. Have used other in the UK May 21, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by well placed hotel Everything about the hotel was fine, although it was rather tricky to reach by car (we were coming from Leiden). We only wish we had had a Satnav! Most museums were within easy reach, either on foot or by the very efficient tram service. The hotel staff have tickets on sale for use on public transport. Plenty of restaurants within a few hundred metres, and good shopping in all directions. May 19, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Service, Excellent Room The Hotel, although quite difficult to find, and even more difficult to get into the on-site parking (you need to be a bit of a rally driver to negotiate the entrance to the parking garage), was an excellent choice for a Saturday night, with plenty of restaurants in the adjacent Square, The staff were excellent and the room far exceeded previous experiences with this type of hotel. Our one mistake, having stayed in many hotels on the main square in Holland before was forgetting to request a room as high up as possible to minimise the noise from the revellers in the square, which, although very good natured, went on until around 3:30am and being on the first floor directly above the hotel entrance probably exposed us to the highest level in the hotel. It was not excessive and apart from waking a couple of times, we survived. Overall a VERY GOOD NIGHT, and an excellent choice of hotel. May 6, 2015

The front office staff provided us a bigger room with the same price for our second night because the previous one was too small. However, breakfast choices were limited and sometime we heard noises from outside of the building. May 4, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Enjoyed very much We Enjoyed really very much our stay; we found best careful by the staff, comfortable and very clean room and a modern and comfortable location. Just two very little topics: got only one medium towel x person (not the big one for shower) and lack of wardrobe in the room. But may be this lack has caused of us wich asked a third bed added in the room, so probably, the staff had to remove the wardrobe from the room. Very little detalis. Location: wonderful. Living area: very nice and agreable. Special thanks for availability on our request for the third bed added. April 26, 2015
