My stay in this hotel is a great experience for me. I had the opportunity to sleep in a very comfortable and clean bed, enjoy advantages of the wide range of TV channels, and receive the energy to start my day with the delicious breakfast. Furthermore, the hotel is located at the heart of the city, near to everything.
Just two minor remarks: The lack of a fridge was a bit disappointing for me. In addition, I was not able to connect the wireless internet in spite of the fact that I followed the instructions of the staff.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by JonMUK well situated for shopping and parliament
The Den Hague Parliament Holiday Inn Express is we situated for the parliament and shopping areas (not as close for the "international" part of the city. From Den Haag Centraal station it's about a 10 minute walk, and is less than 5 minutes walk to the historic parliament buildings, and slightly further to the palace. The Escher museum is nearby, as will Mauritzhaus, when the renovation is finished (the review penned November 2013) .
The main shopping centre is nearby, and the hotel is right next to the "Plein" square, with excellent evening eating venues.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by mickey21 Good hotel but bad breakfast experience
Very well located int Den Haag, staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was nice. However, the breakfast was very much below our expectation. In particular, almost every slice of cheese or meat, jam etc. everything was individually wrapped in plastic so that we created a huge pile of plastic wrapping during our breakfast (aside from the fact that it is not environmental friendly the breakfast appeared 'cheap' due to all the plastics on the breakfast table). Even the eggcup/spoon to eat eggs were in plastic...HolidayInn should asap develop a more environmental awareness regarding their breakfast!

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by JeroenS Good hotel in the city center
The hotel is located in the city center and has a good value for money. The hotel has no restaurant, but there are a lot of good restaurants nearby. Also there are a lot of bars nearby.
The hotel is an Holiday Inn Express so you can expect a simple breakfast.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by IveBeenEverywhereMan Short Walk From Central Train Station; Great Restaurants Next Door
I stayed at Holiday Inn Express The Hague - Parliament for a week and enjoyed it. I especially liked being able to walk from the Central Train Station given the high cost of taxis in the city. The restaurants and pubs in the square next to the hotel were fantastic, and a variety of shopping is also close. Room was large and clean for a reasonable price. Breakfast could have used some hot items but that's Europe. I would stay there again.

I cannot give enough compliments to the staff at Holiday Inn Express The Hague. I have stayed at the hotel several times and the staff are always exceptionally friendly, welcoming, helpful and client orientated.
Whether you need a map of The Hague, need to find a restaurant nearby, forgot to pack a nail file or have a problem with your key, they are quick to respond and solve your challenge with a smile.
Smiling reception all day and all night.
Very happy Guest :-)
