I don't know who is responsible for hiring the staff here, but they have found some outstanding people! Marije, Nicole, Lauret, and Michael were especially helpful and friendly! I don't know if it was the training of the staff or if they just lucked out with great people, but we were so impressed with every one of the multilingual desk clerks. We were there for 10 days, and they looked happy to be there every minute!

The rooms were best among the Holiday Inns I have stayed in. Comfortable and Plush. The location is bang in Plein and next to the parliament. So everything is nearby and easily accessible. Overall it was a great stay.

Clean rooms, nice staff and comfortable rooms. I got a good nights sleep. Location is great -- right near a great nightlife area. Internet was a bit slow and I couldn't stream without some buffering.

This hotel is in an excellent location for both tourism and business. The staff are very helpful and the hotel itself a good example of its type. Highly recommended.

Great business hotel with access to government and business centers, as well as the city's attractions. Great, helpful staff with fast check in and out. Rooms are a bit sparse, with only a view of the hotel lobby from the inside rooms (though those are quieter). No in-room safes. Breakfast is basic, but good for what they have. Buffet style might be a bit low-seated and accessible for the tastes of germ-o-phobes, though. No issues in the end. I'll likely repeat.

My boyfriend had gotten vertigo while we were staying there. Michael at the front desk was very professional. He immediately called for a taxi to go to the hospital. Later, he checked in to make sure that everything was ok, and to see if we needed anything. He also let his relief know about our situation, and she also checked in to be sure that we were ok. It was wonderful service! Not to mention the comfortable room and the great breakfast!
