The hotel is centrally located, and it is within walking distance of shops, restaurants and the Spanish Springs Square where there is evening entertainment. March 26, 2015

Was a leisurely vacation - checking out retirement opportunities...the front desk staff was outstanding...the housekeeping staff - needed some work....we stayed for 6 days and our room was never dusted or vacuumed...we wrote the date in the dust in a different place every day. And the ventilation system - the room was always so humid that everything felt wet all the time. There is not vent fan in the bathroom - well there is - but the housekeeper told us it only goes on when needed....NEVER! Hard to get comfortable in old mattresses too...needs some updating on the beds. March 25, 2015

Off and on for 3 weeks, the staff made our booking requests and cost was more reasonable than down the road in Tavaras Holiday Inn. Laundry down the hall also helped as we could stay in and was convenient. March 18, 2015

The rates were a bit expensive for a non resort property. Overall, the stay was a good experience. I would stay at this property again March 17, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Awesome staff, clean room and quiet! Everyone we came into contact with at this hotel was so pleasant. We enjoy sitting in the common area at night to relax and the staff made sure we had our warm cookies. Love how they had drinks out all night too. March 12, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by The Villages Hotel is showing its age but staff tells me its getting a complete revamp right away. Pricing is a little high for an I.H. Express. Elevator carpet was deplorable. Revamp or not, that needs attended to now. Nice touches though. popcorn, fruit in the water cooler etc: staff all helpfull. good close parking and anywhere near the villages to get close parking is a treat! all in all its still an OK Hotel thats going to get better. wish they have some 2 bedroom suites available with the revamp!
