Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by SMALL THINGS ARE IMPORTANT We were given and access code to the WiFi network. Yet were never able to connect. Talked to the front desk about it and they said they had gotten many complaints from others. Claimed they rebooted the system to no avail. Its important to guests to be able to search for local services when 500 miles from home base. We were involved in a family reunion and had to go old school to find what we needed. The staff really did not seem to care. Hey, we tried. We often stay at HI Express and have noticed the services have deteriorated. May need to look elsewhere. PS...the eggs seemed like they came from the refrigerator. November 6, 2014

The staff and especially the housekeeping staff were very helpful and extremely friendly. The breakfast offered quite a variety of food as well as quality of what was offered. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Dirty and to many dogs Our room was changed 3 times because each room was not cleaned or taken care of properly. We were put next to a room with 2 dogs that barked and barked for 6 hours non stop. This is my last visit to any Holiday INN. The Village Holiday Inn was dirty and very unkept. A huge disappointment in such a large chain. We stayed at several of your Inns but never again. We have found much more of a value in cleanliness and quality in another hotel chain I suggest you start looking at he Villages and begin to clean it up. It is very tired and dirty. October 23, 2014

It is great that they are a pet friendly hotel, our animals are like our children, they were as welcome as we were. The parking lot is big with many trees to help with shade. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Worst room This might be the worst room that I have stayed in the US. Room was very musty smelling. Not just a faint odor, but an offensively strong odor. The humidity in the room was so high that the carpet and bed felt wet. No one would. One exam the room. Went to the front desk and was given a key to a second room that was no better. Noticed that when I went out of the hotel and cane back in, there was an odor even in the lobby. There is definitely an HVAC issue with this hotel. Saw it was recently sold. Delayed maintenance? The one night I stayed dave me a horrible sinus headache. Not an issue I usually had. Cancelled my reservation and cancelled a 2nd room that I had reserved for my parents. Went to Similar level hotel in the area and had a wonderful stay. Will never return to this Holiday Inn Express. It makes me question the brand. If I was in the corporate office, I would not want my name associated with this hotel. My guess is that it soon will be unbranded. August 31, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Awesome staff and a great stay Booked a last minute stay at this hotel and it was wonderful. Front desk staff was beyond friendly, and super helpful. Room was large, clean and decently appointed. Housekeeping left us a nice welcome note, what more could you ask for! I personally found the bed a little hard, but my other half loved it. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the pool was very inviting, however, we played ball so much we didn't get a chance to use it. The continental breakfast was more than we expected and delicious! There was plenty of room for our team to gather. We will definitely stay here again. August 28, 2014
