Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by breakfast need lots of improvement Overall the stay is up to expectation, comfortable, good location and friendly staff, except the breakfast, variety of selection is limited and its taste was awful, I would say it is considered as the Tianjin style local breakfast instead of an international breakfast which I think most foreigners dint really know how to appreciate it. Other than that, everything is alright. December 12, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 目前住过洲际比较糟糕的体验 入住的时候前台的一位男士因为正被前一个客人投诉,那位客人正在大吵大闹,由值班经理安抚中,于是这位男士一脸欠他几百万的样子,从头到尾都没有听我们在说什么,这也就罢了,给会员饮料券的时候只给了一张,我男友问他我们两个都是会员给一张另一个人是要站着看么?他的回答是,他们是按照房间数给的饮料券,一个房间一张,不管你有几个会员。也就是会员没有权利要饮料券。这太扯淡。 第二,入住的时候明明告诉他不要安排朝马路的房间,到房间一看,正中朝马路,隔音差,非常吵。因为不想再下去换房,所以就勉强接受,好在晚上外面没多少车,也还算能睡着。 第三,隔天吃早餐的时候,真心的太坑爹了,这个酒店的早餐根本就不是人吃的,煎蛋没有,菜都是凉的,饮料是那种超市卖的饮料粉加水的,喝了一口吐了,咖啡没有糖包,问服务员要加糖,她直接端出一大碗白糖,说自己加。我服了。。。这个酒店控制成本控成这样我也是醉了。 然后吃了一会我真心吃不下,想去换欢迎饮料,结果出示饮料券,服务员说是过期的,我一看,写的是昨晚的日期,太无语了,入住的时候还和我们确认了住到三十号。办理入住的哥哥不开心不情愿给也不要这样整我们,于是下到大堂跟前台反应,前台女生很爽快地给了两张,可见昨天说的什么一个房间只给一张是胡扯的。 再来,大堂没有卫生间,只有一个残疾人卫生间,勉强接受,结果厕所上到一半门被从外面推开,我刚才明明上锁了,还好外面的女生只是轻轻一推,我一说有人,她就赶紧关上。我以为刚才没锁好赶紧过去把门再反锁一次,却发现,原来这个锁是坏的,根本无法锁上,就这样差点走光。 这个酒店从入住到目前的体验可以说糟糕透了,我无法想象这样的酒店怎么会存在在洲际旗下,员工服务意识差,带着情绪上班,硬件设备落后,酒店抠门,各种控制成本,并且一点安全感都没有,除了离地铁近一点,无任何说的出口的优势,我很少写评论,这次入住体验实在让我忍不住吐槽,希望贵酒店能重视。 November 30, 2014
