Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Business Trip I arrived at the Tiffin Holiday Inn Express and was greeted promptly. My check in was fast and easy. My room was clean and spacious. I was very pleased with the staff. They even accommodated me when I had a late evening meeting in their common area. Breakfast was free and had a wide selection of food. I utilized their workout room, which had top notch equipment. Overall I was very satisfied. December 19, 2012
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Unknown charges I was not able to confirm my own account but the junior engineer accompanying me had a $20 charge temporarily put on his account against damages that could have happened. This was done without our knowledge. If this is true of my account you can keep your priority points. I also don't like the fact that I have to give you a nickname in order to submit my review. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by I LOVE this Holiday Inn! While in the Tiffin area I always stay at this hotel. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean and I love the free breakfast each morning. One thing that is very important to me is safety and I feel very secure at this hotel. If you do have any problems with the room I have found if you inform the front desk they will deal with it right away and try to make things right. I highly recommend all Holiday Inn Express but love this one in Tiffin! November 24, 2012
