Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Refreshing Being someone who stays almost 300 days out of 365; I come and go to A LOT of hotels. It was refreshing to encounter such a friendly staff who treated me as their only guest. Everything that I requested was provided with lightning fast speed and met with a smile always. The counter help was thorough and friendly but what stood out the most was the morning. I rarely if ever write reviews as I am always on the run and have little time. However, this morning I decided that I should stop and share with everyone. I was met at 5am in the breakfast area by an employee named Gerardo as I was getting my morning cup of coffee and he was hard at work preparing the morning breakfast meal. Everything that he did was quick and focused but still had the attention to detail that most look for when involving a meal. On top of that he was courteous and friendly. Everyone that came through was met with a smile and friendly morning chatter. This guy really deserved a review so there you have it. Keep up the good work IHG / Gerardo. January 13, 2015
