My stay here was plesant enough. The rooms are new, Katie, the desk clerk was helpful. However almost a week after I got home, my card was charged $250. When I called to ask why, I was told it was a charge for smoking in the room. I am a non-smoker, so I definitely wouldn't be smoking in the room. I'm supposed to be reimbursed the fee, per the hotel manager, but being out that amount of money for several days is very inconvienient. I frequent this chain throughout the year but this has never been an issue anywhere else. I will not be returning to this particular hotel.

Clean comfortable room. Staff was friendly very accomodating. Acknowledged our Priority membership up arrival and at check out. The cleaning staff was in the hallway as we were leaving, the young lady said "Good Morning thank you for staying with us."

I expected the room to have a kitchen area which it did not. Other than that, my experience was great. The staff were great, the hotel was above average on cleanliness and the room was comfortable.

A beautiful facility with a professional staff. They can provide a guest with a discount pass to the local fitness center down the street from the hotel.

It was nicely new. Perhaps too new. No refrigerators yet. Without bananas or apples as I'm used to with Holiday Inn Express.
The door to my bathroom (room 424) was on backwards. It pulls open. Should push open. More than likely that door will become damaged by the back of it hitting the handle to the closet door. This door opening outwards also makes it tough to keep the bathroom heated.
Wifi was fast. Location was good.

Not as advertised. Room amenities were missing i.e. fridge, hairdryer, coffee maker. Staff did not resolve concerns about the stay and failed to live up to their "hospitality promise".

Melaine at Customer Service was very nice. She was able fullfill my requests. Got a good night sleep here, room was comfortable. Hotel is brand new and my stay was wonderful with good customer service.

Brand new hotel. Beds are wonderful. Large rooms. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The only problem was that they opened before all their furnishings were in. None of the rooms had refrigerators, hair dryers or coffee pots!
