Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very clean Hotel is new, but has maintained it's cleanliness. The breakfast was great, and the rooms are very comfortable. Good location off of 1-75 and not far from a Meijer and the mall. Will stay again in the future. August 28, 2015

The general manager was aware that I was requesting it to be sent at my expense and yet it was not sent. Very poor fitness room, unfriendly front desk staff, old looking hotel. August 14, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Decent for one night I would have complained had I stayed longer. When checking in the gentleman was multitasking with the front desk and assisting another guest. He did acknowledge me and came to check me in. When I noticed I had a "King" instead of "Two Queen" he used the 'best available' jargon to state that I'd chosen that on the website. I didn't know what that meant and he explained. I asked would it be possible to get the "Two Queens" and he (with attitude) changed the room for me. I entered the room and noticed the carpet wasn't vacuumed because there was raisins and plastic on the floor. The overnight front desk gentleman was VERY pleasant. The stopper for the tub was on the side rather than in the tub. There was hair (woven) in the net portion of the shower curtain. The was built up soap scum on both sides of the sink water knobs. I would suggest a soap dish/tray for when people wash their hands so that it doesn't sit directly on the sink and build up like that. There was no towel rack to hand the hand towel being used to dry your hands. There was plenty of room for it on the wall by the light switch you just had to lay it on the counter, then it'd slide off onto the floor. August 11, 2015
