We stopped at this location after a long day of driving cross country. Didn't have a reservation and they were able to accommodate all our special needs.
Great breakfast!! Comfortable beds!! Excellent Service!!! Very friendly & helpful staff.
Only one minor flaw was the lighting in the room/bathroom was a little too dim.
Overall a wonderful stay and we would use this hotel again!!

Great room! Slept great. Loved the reading lights attached to the bed headboard. Seemed to be a new property. Great service at the front desk!!

The hotel and facility were fine with the exception of Room 200 as it was above some sort of noise generator. The noise rumbled throughout the unit througout the day and night. In addition, the fire alarm sounded as if it had a low battery and then stopped which also created additional noise issues. Overall, the hotel is fine just dont select Room 200 as it's too noisy.

From the greeting from the two young ladies at the front desk to the Staff that cleans the rooms, this property has always been outstanding. We have stayed at this property numerous times. It has always been outstanding. Thank you for the outstanding property and staff.

When checking in we requested that we pay for the room partially with a MasterCard gift card. The desk folks were very helpful and verified that we had $45 remaining on the card, which matched our information. The desk clerk asked if she should cut our card for us, and we agreed. When we received our bill the next morning, only $39 was charged to the gift card. We inquired at the front derek and after checking were told that $39 was all the system would accept and there was nothing that could be done. We aren't so much concerned about the $6 we lost as the fact that we don't know why, since our knowledge of the card balance and the the evening clerk's online verification matched. So our question is "What happened to the missing $6?" Does IHG charge a fee for processing a gift card? If so we should have been told. If the proper amount didn't process there should have at least been a note on our bill that they encountered a problem with an apology. We expect there is a simple, valid explanation, but not knowing does raise a bit of a concern.

I recommend this facility to anyone who needs to stay in Topeka. The facility and staff was excellent.

Have stayed in this HI Express many times since it opened.
The general areas were dirty.
The breakfast was not available on time or of good quality.
At least the elevator worked this visit!
