Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice place to rest I have been there in many times during the last 4 years and I have noted some changes that are not good for guests: - Hotel don´t place water botter in the room (it always had a charge and I use it but now the Hotel has not water bottles if you need one....(you need to go to the restaurant "Martin´s" and charged to room or pay there - I have resported the next thing in many times, I never have received the newspaper in my room despite I mentioned them always...so now this Hotel looks like they are having a reduction costs that from my side are not good June 24, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Detalles con Habitación y Servicio al llegar al hotel me recibe el gerente y me asigna una habitación en el primer piso, esas habitaciones tienen piso de madera, por lo que son mas ruidosas y frías que las que tienen alfombra, pido que se me de una habitación alfombrada y me cambian al cuarto piso pero la habitación también era con piso de madera, estaba tan molesto por esta situación que preferí evitar el regresar a pedir cambio de habitación porque sabia que me iba a pelear con la gente de recepción dado que mi solicitud había sido muy clara. ademas el control remoto de la TV no estaba programado y no funcionaba, pedi el apoyo a personal de recepcion y me dijeron que me iban a mandar a alguien de mantenimiento y despues de mas de una hora nadie se presento y termine programando yo mismo el control universal. fuera de eso, el resto de la estancia fue bueno.
