Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed and good service. I had a wonderful time at the Holiday Inn, great facilities like gym and pool, the room has a very nice size and decoration. The Express Breakfast was far from a good breakfast. The food at Martin´s was too salty and they took long time for a vegetable soup. April 28, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Messed up reservation and faucet ran mud 1. Upon arrival was informed that they only had one room in "their" system even though my confirmation and the "other" computer system showed a reservation for 2 rooms. The man at the front desk apologized but they were fully booked. At least there were 2 beds or it was going to be "Planes, Trains and Automobiles" with my co-worker. 2. When I first used the faucet in the room "mud" ran out. It eventually cleared up and the shower did not appear to suffer the same fate. February 27, 2013

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointed The room was Smoking Room, I dont smoke but if I have no option I can stay in a Smoking Room but this time, Oh my God!!! it really smelled cigar, I had to open the window but didnt work. The sheets were stained, and the bath tub key or could only use hot or cold water. November 13, 2012

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excelente hotel despues de la final Santos vs Monterrey Creo que el titulo de la reseña lo resume todo, viajamos a Torreon para el juego de la final del campeonato mexicano entre los equipos del Santos Laguna Campeones vs Rayados del Monterrey y nada mejor despues del festejo que llegar a la habitacion del hotel y poder relajarte al maximo y no se diga en la mañana disfrutar de tu desayuno para empezar bien el dia.
