Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Desayuno de mala calidad y poca cooperacion del personal del restaurante El desayuno "Gratis" fue de mala calidad, los alimentos frios, el cafe de mala calidad (mi esposa no lo pudo tomar). Creo que el "huevo" que usan no es de buena calidad (creo que usan una harina para crear una pasta que simula al huevo). Pedimos unas bebidas al restaurante Martins y también les solicité me facilitaran 4 platos pero me dijeron que NO podían ya que los platos solo se usan con alimentos...al final me los enviaron pero media hora tarde y ya no los necesitaba..... El Restaurante Martins se basó en la "politicas" por lo de los platos que NO me querían facilitar, PERO CUAL ES LA EXPLICACIÓN DE LA MALA CALIDAD DEL DESAYUNO ? October 24, 2014

El hotel se encuentra ubicado en un sitio estrategico de manera que puedes encontrar lugares cercanos para comer lo que se te antoje! October 15, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Long queues and dirty hallways The wait at the check-in was terribly long, as it is often in Mexico. On my way to the room I noticed that the carpets had not been vacuum-cleaned for some time. The key to the room did not work, so I had to go back to the reception. The same happened to my colleague. The room was ok, but because the walls are in desperate need of a new coat of fresh paint, the room appeared dirty, but actually wasn't. The pillow covers said soft and hard, but all pillows were hard. The breakfast was ok but no great variety. The overall experience was so bad that we cancelled the next reservation and moved to another hotel. October 9, 2014
