Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Our Return to Torrington Some of us gathered for a 30 year reunion of our railroad project based in Torrington. We all stayed at the Holiday Inn Express. The staff was extremely helpful. The accommodations were great. Next time I'm passing through Torrington, I plan to stay here. August 20, 2014

The staff was courteous, respectful, and helpful for all of my requests. It was a comfortable stay and I will stay again if I am in the area! August 19, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Guest service We met a Hoilday Inn Express associate Michael on arrival. It was raining very hard and we were traveling on motorcycles for vacation. He offered to shuttle us to the cafe next door and to pick us up after dinner. This is service beyond expectation! Holiday Inn should be proud of an associate like this, he earned my business for life. August 12, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very satisfied My son and I stayed at this hotel on our trip to see sites along the Oregon Trail. The room was very clean and comfortable, which is always my biggest concern. We had no problems with noise. The bed was great, and I'm very picky about that sort of thing. The bathroom was a bit dark, and I do wish that every hotel would begin to carry paraben- and pthalate-free products. But, apart from those small nitpicks, it was a great place for us to overnight. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by No roll-away bed as requested in reservation I had made our reservation months ahead for 2 queen's and a roll-away or pull down sofa. We called before we arrived to make sure we had the 3 beds. When we arrived we were told a roll-away was not available, they had given it to someone else. Only one roll-away at the Hotel. The person at the desk could have cared less. Two of us Ladies had to share the one queen bed and we were not comfortable sleeping. We feel they should have been more concerned and maybe even given us a discount. This is the only Holiday Inn we had trouble with on our trip. August 4, 2014
