Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by My one night experience at the Holiday Day Express My wife , my 8 yr. daughter and myself stayed for one night at Holiday Express . As usual the staff was very very helpful and made our stay very comfortable . Some observations were The local rate was TT1124.00 this is very expensive compare to other hotels. The bathroom needed some maintenance, such as the moulding need painted , the fan extractor was not working , the bathroom needed a mat and also we did not have any shampoo and conditioner the variety at the breakfast was limited and it seems to be getting less option the more I visited . These things are minor compared to the other requests that we had , . These we handled very professionally , as we asked for a late check out and we were given it , however we ran late to due to heavy traffic and we called and we were given an extension of one hour . We are vegetarian and for breakfast we notices that there were no jam , we asked and the young lady and she went in the back and found two containers for us . we asked for additional towels and we got prompt service . These are the little thing that make a huge impact on guest experience . So I will rate my stay a 8 out of ten . Hoping that the local rates can be a little better to encourage locals to enjoy the comforts for the very nice hotel the Holiday Day Express November 10, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Check In Time and Towel Issues Stay was comfortable. However, the delayed check in impacted on my schedule. Fresh Towels should never be a problem in a hotel and almost always seeking to get fresh towels was an inconvenience in the sense that this basic need was not addressed unless solicited. Another important factor is that I had Guest and I boasted on the level of service by the club selected facilities/hotels based on my last stay in Houston in October 2014. However, the above mentioned issues reflected bad on me as I rated up the club. My guest were understanding and advised not to make it an issue. However, the feedback given is to assist in improving the service that is promoted and hopefully, the same issues do not re-occur at your other facilities that I may consider staying in the future. If you do not get the feedback with these type of issues, then you cannot fix it. October 31, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable Bed I stay at the Holiday Inn - Trincity Trinidad and Tobago most of the time when I travel. The rooms are very clean and fresh smelling. The beds are very comfortable and nice soft and firm pillows for you to choose from. The rates can be better especially for Caricom Nationals. The Breakfast should be of a wider variety and the rooms need a small refrigerator and microwave. Staff is very friendly and make you feel at home. Its in a very safe area. I highly recommend this Hotel for Business and Leisure travelers. October 20, 2014
