Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Off the path a little Easy to see above the horizon but a little hard to get to at night. Many trucks stops around the area but the HIE is immaculate. Staff is very friendly, although did not recognize me at a Priority Gold Member or offer me water. This is such a minor thing I do not know why HIE always asks me if I was recognized. Breakfast area very clean. June 8, 2013

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by staff not helpful when we checked in to hotel we asked for a restaurant with a bar or lounge to relax . we were told of only one place that served drinks in the area. with very bad directions, we drove and found other places that were avil. just wonder why we were told there was only one place? staff just didnt seem too aware of what was avil. in the area. we stay at hotels all the time and they usually have a list or at least will goggle for directions for great places to eat, we were very disappointed with the help of the staff. Of all hotels where I have stayted, IHG and non-IHG, this was by far the cleanest! The room was spotless! Front desk and breakfast attendant staff were very pleasant.
