I stay at Holiday Inns because you expect them to be nicer than your average hotel. This particular one meet my expectations. Room was clean and cozy. Breakfast was good. Enjoyed my night there.

I always try to stay at Holiday Inn Express, because they have the most comfortable rooms and I am able to get a good nights rest to continue on with my trip.

We were on our way home from Alexandria to Chattanooga and stopped in Troutville. Great location with Cracker Barrell across street. Location is far enough off I-81 that interstate noise is not a significant problem. We will stay there in the future when traveling to Alexandria to visit family.

The staff was very accomodating. I was unsure as to handle my Priority Points, but the showed me how, and I added an extra day. Place was very clean and very sound conscious. I do not know if I will return to this area in the near future, but they certainly helped me form an opinion of Holiday Inn Express. I will see you guys soon

Always acknowledges that we are priority club members and always notes our room preferences. Breakfast is always good and plentiful. Rooms are clean and modern. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Don't travel I-81 often but found Troutville a convenient place to stop as I headed home. Easy to find off the Interstate and convenient to Cracker Barrel for dinner! Will stay again when in the area.
Always appreciate being recognized as a "Priority Club" member.

I have been staying at Holiday inns now for over 30 years and to this date I have not met a more pleasant and gracious host as your morning host in your breakfast bar. She was a delightful individual that added some sunshine to everybody's day! I wish to thank you and especially your breakfast room staff for making my stay as pleasant as can be. Excellent experience in general, convenient location, pleasant cheerful staff throughout, and great value for the money.

We were traveling from the north to the south in the U.S.
We were tired when we arrived, but check in was simple and fast. Our room was clean and comfortable. We could easily relax, finding everything we needed in our room. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The buffet breakfast had all the items advertised. All the food was fresh and the temperature it should be. The dining area was relaxed and comfortable. Check out was a cinch as they put the final bill under the door early am with no further attention needed.
We stayed here on our way to the south and on our way back to the north.
Thank you Troutville, VA for being one of our nicest memories about our trip.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with friendly courtesy and made to feel welcome. Nicer breakfast choices than typical complimentary breakfast offerings. Will stop here again if the opportunity presents itself.
