Even though this place was busy every single staff memeber that I seen had a smile on their face and was as helpful as they could be. I spoke with the one of the managers to let him know what I thought of the place and he was very excited to hear such unlifting news. Mel the breakfast lady is so wonderfully kind and very customer orientated. The fella Nathan, he was the manager that I spoke with.. He was also very nice and pointed us to Riverbend hotsprings, although we did not go, we took a tour and we will be back to go! I feel like someone should notice the people that do good, hard work, and quiet frankly not all hotel guests are as nice as the next so these young ladys and gentelman should be rewarded and praised for how great and at home they make us feel. Thank you everyone from Holiday Inn Express in Truth Or Consequences, NM!

This is a very nice comfortable room. We did not have a refrigerator in the room but I guess I could have asked for one, decided to skip for one night.
The staff was very accommodating and the check in was very easy, even though we did not have reservations.
The beds were comfortable, furnishings very nice. Bathroom had large counter top for all your toiletries.
We were tired from driving all day so we just went straight across the street to Denny's for dinner.
The breakfast is buffet with eggs, sausage patties ,pancakes, cereal, bagels, toast, juice and pastry and the waitresses are diligent in keeping the coffee coming.
We would definitely stay here again if ever in this area.
Good value for the price.

The breakfast was delicious. The hotel staff was very friendly. One of the best Holiday Inns I have stayed in.

This hotel was right of the interstate and easy to find. The indoor pool and hot tub were clean and relaxing. The hotel is also very close to the hot springs and restaurants in the area. They also had shower stalls that are easy to get in and out of which was a plus since we had our 83 year old grandfather with us. It is an excellent place to stay if you are visiting the T or C area.

My wife and I were driving down I-25 when my wife suddenly sits up and says pull off on the next exit, by that time we have been driving for an hour in nothing but darkness, rigth off the highway there sat Holiday Inn Express. I have stayed at a lot of HIE and this one is on my top favorites list. We travel yearly back and forth from Tucson to our home in Oklahoma City. This hotel not only had amazing staff, but the breakfast was also a treat. I thought they may have a few things but they had all the favorites! The young guy Nathan that checked us in was so helpful, and even made reservations for Los Arcos, and the breakfast host Molly, I think her name was, she was also very pleasent and has a spark to her that brightened us right up! Keep up the good work.
