Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable stay but poor staff attitude I checked in on 13th April. The hotel is located close to shopping and restaurants - less than 5 minutes drive to these options. The rooms are adequately appointed and were clean as was the bathroom. The breakfast spread was adequate for the business traveller. Sleep quality was good. Staff attitude was very poor. I noticed this both when I checked in and checked out. The gent who checked me in spoke incoherently and did not even look at me in the face once while talking to me. The welcome speech appeared to be very robotic - I did NOT feel welcome at the property. I was not awarded welcome points even though I think he said he would add it in. The lady at the front desk at the time of check out was no better - she too would not look me in the face while confirming my check-out. Would it hurt these people if they so much as smiled at a customer (irrespective of their membership level)? Do they not realize that these very same customers pay for their salaries? Or is it a property policy that such attitude is preferred and people are trained to behave like this? A BIG BLOTCH on an otherwise nice stay. April 24, 2016

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Room exceptible for business trip The room was freezing and the thermostat never would work correctly. The bathroom was spectacular! Super clean and roomy. Bed was not comfortable at all! One side leaned towards the middle and the other side was SUPER firm. But overall for a one night work trip it suited my needs. April 16, 2016
