Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Trucking Company next door Trucking company, 40-50 yards from my window, loading trucks from approx. 2:00 am-5:00am was EXTREMELY LOUD. It was impossible to sleep through the noise, and no amount of amenities or customer service could possibly make this property worth the stay. There is another Holiday Inn Express 4 miles away on Cortaro.....stay there. February 24, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Cordial front desk people Sarah was one of the most pleasant individuals I have met at the front desk in all of the travels I have done. She made us feel fully at home. We were actually disappointed when we would come back from a long day home hunting and she was not there. She is special. Although we did not have as much of a chance to work with James, he too was extremely helpful and fun to talk to. February 21, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Needs a facelift!! I have stayed at this HI Express when attending the Gem Show for the last several years, since shortly after it opened. I was impressed then with the bright colors and cleanliness of the hotel. My last visit was not at all positive, and I gave my feedback to the desk clerk. The hall carpets were buckled, as from water damage, and dirty. Our room was not cleaned well. Though we got clean towels, I could see that the attendant did not vacuum the bathroom floor one day and a wet washcloth had been left on the side of the tub. The bathroom wall showed damage from water, with peeling paint and plaster. It was definitely not up to the standard of other HI Express hotels that I've stayed at. I hope improvements will be forthcoming. In addition, IHG Members used to get bottled water and snacks on arrival. That has been cut out. February 8, 2015
