Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by It is about the little things sometimes. The hotel was fine for the most part but the front desk people need to pay attention to the customer needs when asked. Also, please fix the shower head so the guests do not have to mop up the floor of water because the shower head is fixed to one spot that is damaging the door and floor. August 17, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Easy to find, clean, and comfortable I enjoyed the fact the hotel was easy to find, breakfast was good, and the hotel was clean. On the other hand I had to wait minutes during check in because the desk clerk was on the phone and when he did respond, I was just another customer to him. I had to ask if my number was on record. This is one of the Hotel chains that I regularly stop at because I know what to expect in the way of cleanliness, convenience and a good breakfast bar. I found my expectations met in all areas. Cost was slightly higher than expected for the area but not enough to send me elsewhere. August 10, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Good staff, good location - poor A/C comfort. This location is closed to the highway, yet not noisy. The staff were good for general assistance. The room was clean and so were the public common areas. The bad part of the stay was the A/C. Each room has an A/C controller sensor that is mounted on the ceiling of the room. When you leave, it shuts off because it is "motion" activated. When I was in my room it consistently shut off, before the room was cool enough, thus making it quite uncomfortable. It is good that they are trying to save energy by conserving electricity, with motion controlled A/C sensors but then they have a small basketball pad out in their back courtyard, with a light that stays on all night, with no one using it. That's where they need a sensor as well. I personally will not stay here if stopping in the area again in the future, especially if its in the summer. August 7, 2014
