What can I say. Simply the most accomodating staff I've seen. I am a platinum member who stays in many of these properties. This is the second stay within the year. I have two daughters in Arizona so seems to be a good place for me to rest during these long trips. Forgot some jewlery in hotel. They packaged up and returned to me. Thanks again for your hospitality!!!!!

We had a bad experience on a previous stay in Tucumcari (not in a HIE) so were not sure to expect. This property is well maintained with pleasant public areas and well laid out rooms. We would stay again.

Sleep is interrupted by the air-conditioner fan cycling on and off during the night. A constant speed fan is not and available feature on the cooling/heating unit.

Your front dest staff was very friendly and was willing to assist with our needs. My wife has COPD and needed a room close to the exit. This was provide with out hesitation. The room was clean and loads of space.
The beds were confortable and we sleep like babies.
The morning breakfast had a great selection of items.
Please extend our thanks to the staff of this hotel. We will use the hotel again in our travels.

Found somebody else's hat in the room. The microwave was broken and the staff told us that they would not take care of it and that if we wanted to use one, we had to carry our food down stairs to the lobby, use the one there, and then carry our food back up to the room. There was no freezer in the refrigerator. The bath tub's drain stayed closed (broken). The internet was very poor and the staff told us to call tech support.

Personal preference is offering breakfast eggs without cheese -- cannot eat and none offered. The other food at breakfast was tasty. Very relaxing visit. Great night of rest and friendly and helpful staff!

Lobby looked very nice, but that ended as soon as we stepped off the elevator. Tile floor by ice machine was chipped and broken. Worn hallway carpet led to even more worn carpet in room - several threadbare places visible. Several floor tiles in bathroom were loose and had grout coming up in multiple places. A/C was on a motion sensor that couldn't be overridden, even by placing the fan on constant high. So, room never cooled down once we went to bed and stopped moving around the room. Fan was noisy enough when it kicked on to wake both of us.
Had to go the front desk and ask for our final bill. When I mentioned the loose floor tiles to the front desk staff when we checked out, they didn't seem too concerned.
All in all I was very disappointed in this property. I expect better from this brand. We won't be staying here again.
