Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Recommend Nice clean room and pleasant staff but the shower leaked and the toilet filler line was loose and the water from the tank went everywhere. We were able to fix it but our towels were soaked from mopping up the water. And NO cinnamon rolls! April 28, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Breakfast? This room was considerably higher than most of the Holiday Inns that we utilize on our travels. It was especially disappointing because of the lack of breakfast items and the apparent lack of training for the breakfast staff. As an example, the pancake machine was flashing a notice to change the bag. The girl on duty had not been trained to make this change. Inexecuseable! Coffee was out; no cinnamon rolls; no eggs; no gravy for the biscuits. April 16, 2013
