Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by No wireless and luke-warm water I frequently use HI express and have never had a problem with the chain before now. In fact, we stayed at the HI Express in Barstow the night before we arrived in Tucumcari and had a fantastic stay--unfortunately, Tucumcari was a disappointment. Six of us traveled together, and we each had problems with a lack of hot water in the showers and non-functioning wi-fi. The hotel was otherwise clean and the staff was friendly, but the cold shower and lack on wi-fi leaves me to suggest other travelers skip this particular HI express. Again, this is the only HI Express I've ever had a problem with. December 1, 2014
