Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Felt like being at home I had just ridden my bicycle from Franklin to Tullahoma for Jack & Back MS 150 in the rain and wind for 82 miles, and was cold, wet and exhausted. When I arrived dripping with my bicycle, the desk clerk had my file on his desk expecting me and was very friendly. I really felt like I had arrived at home. The room was big and comfortable, quiet with a great bathroom and shower, a good place to sleep. The breakfast was quite adequate, with eggs and bacon and sausage and a wide variety of breads and sweet rolls, fruit, juices and coffee. October 8, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Worse room in the house Registration staff never acknowledged me as an IHG Reward Club member although I did receive the 300 bonus points. Presented TN Tax Exempt form at check-in but was still charged State tax. Upon check-out when front desk tried to adjust tax for appropriate exemption they (two different people) were unable to do so. Issue was resolved by discounting my room in the amount of the tax that should not have been charged. I wonder how this affected the tax collection reported to the state. This also, happened on a previous stay in August of this year. As a result of the time taken to resolve these issues I was not able to utilize the breakfast bar due to my schedule. My room on the second floor backed up to the laundry room. Between chair scraping, washing machine noise and dryer noise I got very little sleep. Additionally, at about 3:00 AM a pickup truck alarm went off in the rear parking lot followed by two vehicles lights being on and loud conversation of the occupants. This has been a go to property since it was built. But I see the quality of my experiences at the property going downhill. However, I will give the property another try due to the convenience of the location for my business travel. October 7, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean and Comfortable The hotel was very clean and the rooms quite comfortable. Best bed in a two week period of travel. Staff was very courteous and helpful. The train runs next to the property which might hinder a peaceful rest. It bothered my husband but was not a problem for me. Ask for a room on the opposite end. We will be back in October for 3 nights. September 24, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Great Hotel, but too close to noisy train tracks! We were in Tullahoma to attend a family wedding. The hotel gave us a great room and rate for the occasion. Our only complaint, was the noise at night from the trains going down the nearby train tracks. They seem to come through about every two hours and blew their whistle. A sound barrier between the tracks and hotel might be a great addition. September 23, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Dirty floors and amenities for bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were OK. The floor was not vacuumed and was dirty and housekeeping did not leave Shampoo and Conditioner everyday. I had to leave a note asking for some adn then it was not left the next day again. I mentioned this to the desk clerk and was told that they had been having fome employee issues. The breakfast was very good, with great choices. September 13, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by aq ZZFirst impression of this hotel was great! Clean and well maintained lawn. Front desk staff was very nice and friendly. We stayed at 2 other hotels on our trip (different hotel chain) and this was by far the best. Very modern decor in lobby and rooms. The air conditioner worked fantastic. We like our room cold and the air conditioner met our temperature!! The sheets and towels were incredibly soft and smelled fresh and clean. Definitely would stay here again and would recommend to anyone! Holiday Inn Express has really stepped up in the last few years. Keep up the good work! September 9, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A safe place to lay your head This hotel was clean and organized. Not the most comfortable bed, but the rest of the room was well-appointed. Breakfast was available, but be sure to be there well before the end time, for it will close with no warning. Swimming pool and fitness center both looked great, we just didn't prepare with appropriate clothing to be able to take advantage of either. Come prepared! September 8, 2015
