Can't rave enough about our room at Bixby Holliday Inn.
Quiet, great bed and sheets that stay on bed, Air conditioner that was quiet and didn't clunk on and off . Was a really enjoyable night we had. It was nice to find a place that is what you expect when you have a night away and pay a good place to enjoy a night away. Will go back whenever we go to Tulsa.....every time. Great staff also.

Kids thoroughly enjoyed the indoor pool. Bed was a little soft for my comfort. Service was good. Good 1/2 way point from Des Moines to Houston.

From the time We walked in the door the staff was pleasant & helpful. After checking in I asked the lady on the desk how to get to the nearest On The Border Mexican Restaurant & she gave great directions & then printed them out . The morning staff on the desk was equally helpful. Our room was great. If i have any one criticism it would be the breakfast. The bi skits and the egg omelets were way over cooked.

EVERYTHING WAS GREAT EXCEPT THE BREAKFAST. ONLY ONE PERSON STAFFED THE BREAKFAST AREA, COULDN'T KEEP UP WITH DEMAND OF FOOD, DRINKS, TOASTER DID NOT WORK, PANCAKE COOKER DIDN'T WORK. BAD EXPERIENCE FOR BREAKFAST.

Overall the hotel is nice, but challenged for being new, hopefully just a fluke and they were under staffed and over busy. But can't say we will try it again.

Holiday Inn Express is geared toward the business traveler. So you would think that the business center would be fully functional, but that is not what I found. First I found that there was no paper for the printer, and that was not a big deal the gentlemen at the front desk gave me paper. However, when I went to print there was no black ink left, so I went to the front desk to ask them to change it. That is when he told me that he had changed the color cartridge days before and informed me that they were aware that there was no black left. I asked him what I was supposed to do to print documents that I needed for a meeting and he had no solution to offer. I did find a Kinko's about three miles away to print my paperwork, but in other IHG properties and other chains, they at least offered to let me print it on their office printer. Not a deal breaker, but a small detail that should be addressed for future guest.
