After 15 years as a Platinum member, we've been enjoying using our accumulated points since retirement. We enjoy taking overnight trips to enjoy concerts at the casino across the freeway. We could spend money for an over-priced room there, but we always come to this hotel because we know it's going to be clean; quiet; convenient, and staffed with friendly people. The lady that takes care of the breakfast area is delightful to converse with. We just stayed there last night, and have already made a reservation to return again soon.

We stayed Friday evening at your inn located in Catoosa. It was a very sleepless night.
There was an open party in the hall on the first floor with loud vaguer language and doors slamming. It started around 1:30 and after being awaked by it we endured until 2am when my wife had enough and called the desk to ask for assistance.
None was given and the "Party" continued (frankly given the conversations I'm surprised someone was not shot).
Finally at 4am we had had enough got up,packed and left.
Interesting to note I made about 6 trips out to my car at this time and no one was at the desk at all.
There are other items I could complain about but this is unacceptable and we are just lucky we did not fall asleep at the wheel the next day.

This was the second time in a week we chose this location. The first time was for a weekend get away, and this time was with two big teenage boys for a state wrestling tournament. The staff was very pleasant and had great attitudes, and I appreciate that in a hotel! My issues are when you pay for a suite specifically for the pullout couch and there is no bedding for it. We went down and got sheets for it only to get upstairs to find they were soaking wet. We then had our toilet clog, and my husband got to plunge it. It clogged after almost every use. The shower filled up the tub leaving us standing in our own dirty water up above our ankles. I reported all these issues, including taking the wet sheets down in the morning. I was told we weren't using the shower properly. I let them know we had the drain fully open and the toilet also kept clogging. The desk clerk was kind and friendly and gave me a certificate for bonus reward points. The previous weekend I left my phone charger plugged in the room when I checked out. I called several times asking about it but no one could find it. When I asked about it the following week, they had it all along.

The breakfast buffet lacked alot. Never was there enough food in trays to get a good meal. Always was behind on keeping up. Very disappointed.

Terrific value and recognition for priority club members.
Room was clean and in good repair.
Hotel and area was very quiet even with a casino right across the highway.
Maybe I should have gone to breakfast earlier, because the biscuits were hard. Luckily the sausage gravy was able to soften them enough to make them palatable. Coffee was good, and trays were available for the asking so I could take my wife breakfast in bed.

Great hotel. Comfortable Room. Friendly staff. Only complaint is that the front desk couldn't find my Priority number in the system. Otherwise, I would stay there again!

This Holiday Inn Express is probably the best in the Midwest!!!
We have stayed at this one several times over the past several years and whenever we are in the area, we make it our destination.
Beds are very comfortable......rooms are always very clean & QUIET!!!!
Great staff and they treat the Priority Members the way they're suppose to be treated!!!!

Quite possibly the nicest Holiday Inn Express we have stayed at with easy access to Interstate. Our exprerience with the staff and comfort of the room were great. Very acceptable place to stay and more value than higher priced hotels even your own brand.
