We had and excellent stay this time on our trip to Tulsa. The staff upgraded us without our asking and made several offers to make our visit great.

Very dissatisfied with the beds in our room. The mattress needed to be replaced as they had low spots which made it very hard to get comfortable. Our door was missing the security chain and you need to pull the door hard to get it to close properly. One bathroom light bulb above the sink was burned out and the caulking around the tub was dirty and needed redone. It's been a long time since I stay at a Holiday Inn Express that was this bad. On my next visit to Tulsa I'll stay at a different Holiday Inn Express. Don't understand why Holiday Inn Corp. excepts these standards. There are to many other lodging choices out there to choose from to stay at a property like this.

Very disappointed in my stay here.
The shower had apparently been remodeled with an insert but the height of the shower head was at my shoulders (I'm 6' tall). The fixture was old and difficult to adjust the temperature.
The window was bolted in place with a 1" gap at the sill - made for a chilly night when the low was in the 30s.
The TV remote was not functioning - maybe all it needed was a battery.
My colleague who also stayed at the property reported his own disappointment with a separate list of defects.

I came to this hotel on a business trip. Checking in was easy and the person at the front desk was nice enough. The room was clean and nice. My room had a small "kitchenette" with a microwave and refrigerator. The thermostat wasn't the easiest to deal with. If it was too cold in the room, I would bump it up a little and it would quickly be too hot. There was no comfortable temperature. The bed was very hard. There was no flexibility at all and I wasn't able to rest very well at night. The breakfast in the mornings was good. There was a large variety #for a small hotel# of food and it was good food. My business has a tax exempt form and I was told when I booked my room that the taxes would be taken off. Unfortunately, they still charged me an "occupancy" tax that they felt wasn't covered under our tax exempt. I've stayed at other hotels where I was not charged this extra tax. Fortunately I work for a good company so they are dealing with the extra charges. When I got ready to check out, there was no one at the front desk and I had to stand and wait for a while until someone finally came. Overall, I've stayed at other hotels, including other Holiday Inn Express hotels, which were much nicer than this one. I will find a different hotel next time I'm in the area.

My week long stay was better than expected. This is not a new HEI property that I am accustomed to being in. It is older and newly renovated. This hotel is very convenient to downtown Tulsa and beyond.
What really made the stay wonderful is the staff. Everyone and I do mean all of those making contact with the guests, made you feel welcome and comfortable. I will stay again if in the area.

It is a very nice hotel in Tulsa and very close to a couple of restaurants nearby within in walking distance from the hotel. Of course it has all the amenities, one need for a good night’s sleep and or a relaxing evening. However, it is very close to the highway, and in the early morning the Semi Trucks created a lot of noise. All in all a good experience and if I was flying from Tulsa in the morning again, I would stay at this hotel again.

After booking hotel with two queen beds, I got there and they did not have two double beds. There were 3 of us traveling. Employee told us we would have to take a room with king bed and fold out couch. So we did. Went up to the room and it only had a king bed, no couch. Called the front desk and employee was baffled that room did not have a couch. So she got another room for us only for us to trek up to the room with our luggage, and it be the same kind of room. She did not know what the hotel had. We went back down to the front desk and there was a gentlemen there that had been put in a room that already had a family in it. Needless to say, we did get a room with king bed and couch but the noise was terrible. Hotel was close to the highway. I have stayed in several hotels close to the highway and have never experienced such loud noise. The hotel must not have ANY insulation. Room was just so so, a little dated. Would not recommend hotel. If I could of found another room somewhere, I would have left. But Justin Bieberwas in town so everything was booked.

We had a good visit, but some things could have been better.
The front desk was not maned at all times, workout equipment was not working.

The staff was very helpful. They answered all questions I had about city, eateries, etc. The breakfast and services were very friendly. The check in, check out was excellent and hostdeck personnel were very friendly and very helpful. The room cleanliness was second to none. Outstanding. Nice people nice state. Thank You

While staying at your facility I became ill due to my diabetes and I want to commend two of your staff, Meredith and Brandy, for going out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed and checking on my health throughout that time.
I greatly appreciated their efforts, such caring employees is what makes customers remember and come back.

Not the worst hotel I've ever stayed at but definitely not the best. It's an older renovated hotel and with that comes some inconveniences like the operation of the plumbing. I don't have any complaints and the staff was very nice. It just wasn't anything memorable either. All in all an average stay. I prefer to stay at newer hotels. Also found that only about 3 restaurants deliver to that area of town which is a bit inconvenient when you're tired after a long day of traveling. It you're just looking for a nice, simple clean place to stay it is a nice place there just aren't a lot of conveniences.

Put me in a closet of a room with a noisy ac unit, no lamp on the night stand and no hot water in the sink. Finally moved me to another room but lost a pair of shoes while mooving my stuff. The promised 2000 extra points but did not deliver.

Everyone was great and treated us very well. I wanted to take this opportunity to mention Angela at the front desk as well as Shelley in the kitchen. These two were exceptional fantastic at their jobs. During our visit they went out of their way on many occasions to make our stay exceptionally good. We really had a great stay at the hotel. Arrived at 3 a.m. for a 6 night stay. room was guaranteed with a credit card, but our reservation had been canceled by the desk clerk who said we were too late so he canceled it. It took 30 minutes for him to find us a room during which time he kept telling us that we just didn't understand how it worked and that guaranteeing with a credit card wasn't really a guarantee.

We were in town for a concert & to relax & enjoy ourselves. From the moment we parked in the clean, accessable parking lot, through the doors into an attractive lobby, at the welcoming invitation of the staff we knew we had chosen well to reah our goal. all the staff were friendly, helpful and professional. when we had any needs/ help they were there to help out, including looking things up if the answer wasn't available on site. Shelly, the host in the breakfast room, offered great service in a friendly atmosphere & we noticed that this was a consistency for every guest she had. It certainly made our day begin with a warm note. When we returned in the evening we were met with staff "glad tidings". We really enjoyed

I was not greeted as a priority club member. The room I had the first night was very noisy. Traffic on the expressway, and some sort of pump running all night. I did request a different room for the remainder of our stay and that was arranged. Breakfast selection was limited and I was very surprised that there was no juice available. Probably would not stay at this property again.
