At arrival walking down the hall to our room there was a strong odor of cat urine. Our room was clean but the smell was horrid musty stale air, I diffused some of my essential oils to make the room smell decent enough to where we could go to sleep. The next morning at breakfast at 7 a.m. there were 4 coffee containers only one had coffee in it and the coffee was cold. probably left over from the day before. the biscuits were hard as a rock probably also left over from the morning before, the gravy was cold. We will not be a return guest at this motel.

If you like the Holiday Inn Express locations you'll like this one just the same. Their greatest asset is being uniformly accommodating. Well, that and they have the best FREE breakfast in town. Holy cow those sweet rolls are practically their own food group...

it appears the owners or staff are trying to cut costs , only one container was filled with coffee at the breakfast bar and it was bone dry at 6 am, breakfast was only average , fruit was old and not fresh
Hotel is in a good location , I may give them another try just to be fair.

The facility was clean and the staff was very friendly. Would certainly return and stay if in Tulsa again.

The only thing I can say is find a different Holiday Inn Express to go to if you're staying in Tulsa, OK.

Overall stay was very good. Only bad issue was that the refrigerator froze everything we put in. The temperature control knob would not work.

My stay in the Holiday Inn Express was for work. I enjoyed a good night sleep was well rested and preformed well at my class that I had to pass.

I stayed there on March and everything was just as expected.
Good rooms, good wifi, good breakfast, good overall services.
Nevertheless i would like to take atention to one of the front desk girls, Laura. She was absolutely amaizing. I experienced some problems with some packages that were supposed to be delivered to the hotel but never got them. She did the impossible to help me made suggestions, call other hotels to check if the packages were ther and tried to help throughout my whole stay.
After I left the hotel the packages finally arrived, she cared enough to seek my information and had them sent my cousins house in Florida.
She is an unbelievable asset to the hotel and should be awarded for all the careless help she gave me. THANK YOU LAURA!
