We were in Tulsa to have a procedure done the next day and for my husband to be able to get away from hospital at night. The hotel was loud, hot and the mattress was uncomfortable and the fixtures were in need of updating or replacing. November 17, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Your excellent staff My recommendations for this wonderful hotel are really simple. Have housekeeping rotate / flip the mattress about once a month. As is usual, the side next to the open area was much softer that the side near the wall. Get a slightly better grade of coffee. Don't change ANYTHING about the hotel staff. They are warm, friendly and efficient. I was greeted and engaged in conversation whenever I was in the lobby. They had recommendations for places to see since my last trip to Tulsa, and even directed me to a unique coffee shop. I felt like a family member coming home after a long absence. October 31, 2014

It is easy getting off of the Interstate but the street into the hotel and turns are confusing especially at night. October 26, 2014
