Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Convenient Location The staff is friendly and recognizes Priority Club member upon check-in. Beds are comfortable and clean which made for a relaxing stay. Nice hot breakfast available with a variety of food choices. Will stay here again! April 12, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Little things mean a lot This is the only property where they provide an easily accessible plug in beside the bed. This one has both usb plugs and 110 volt outlet so that I can plug in my CPAP. This also the only property that provides a soap dish. Also a good thing. I sleep very well in the Termperpedic bed. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointed A little disappointed with this trip. Thought there was an indoor pool but there was not. Breakfast was not great and on Saturday morning when we asked if they would be putting out more sausage or bacon we were told they do not serve meat on the weekend. We thought that was very odd since they had bacon on Friday morning. The rooms were clean and beds were okay, but prefer to have the sink inside the bathroom as opposed to outside so that others in the room can continue to sleep while someone is getting ready in the morning. Also, didn't care for one of the guests coming to our room in his boxer shorts and nothing else because we had the door propped open for our son and his friend to come back in from being in another room. Guests being in the hall in there underwear should be unacceptable. This hotel would be fine for a one night stay but did not care for it for an extended stay. January 25, 2013

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by not up to par The beds had a metal frame when you sit on the edge of the bed and they were on the soft side.......this hotel the toilets sit so low to the ground a tall person like myself with bad knees made it very difficult to use. The staff was very pleasant, we did eat breakfast and it was ok. I will probably not choose this hotel again. December 16, 2012

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Poor staff attitude and very crowded room arrangement. First time at this location. Room was very small conpared to all other Holiday Inn Express we have stayed in. Room arrangement very crowded. Very severe storm during first evening - tornado warnings. Asked front desk what their arrangements were if we got 'take cover' warning. Staff said "Well, I guess you could stand in the hallway". They didn't have a clue nor did they seem to care. Guess they have so many they are not concerned for their guest safety. Next morning - no coffee at 7:30 a.m. - had to ask attendant to make more coffee. Staff not very pleasant nor helpful. Would not recommend nor stay at this location again. October 6, 2012
