Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable Bed, Clean Room, Bad Service The room was really nice and clean. The service was really bad. Upon arriving to get a room the front desk clerk and another employee were outside smoking. It took them a little while to come inside and book me a room. Everytime which was several times I went to the front desk there was noone there and it took them awhile to come out to the front. I have been a manager at a hotel before there should always be someone present at all times to take care of customers. I will not stay at this Holiday Inn Express again. July 30, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Clueless I don't understand how hotel managers can't understand the importance/priority of the internet access of their customers. Quality networking equipment is NOT that expensive to purchase and upkeep. If your wifi is as slow as dial-up back in the late 80's, how can you expect me to return to this establishment? The wifi at this hotel is amongst the slowest I've ever seen at any hotel. I had to go to a McDonalds just to work. I'm a frequent business traveler, a Spire Elite IHG member and work in Tulsa frequently. I spend more time in hotels than I do at home. There is nothing more frustrating than having to leave the comfort of your hotel to go to a Starbucks or McDonalds just to get your work done. Experiencing extremely slow or intermittent internet speeds at a hotel you're paying money for is insulting, it's like the management telling you they don't care about you or your needs. Next time I have to work in Tulsa, I will stay elsewhere. A small investment in your networking equipment would have had my return business time and time again. Instead, I will NEVER return to this establishment. I actually have a log of all the hotels I stay at across the country, rating their wifi speeds & reliability so I remember the net time I'm booking travel for that location. Get a clue managers, keep your internet operating correctly! It's the single MOST IMPORTANT amenity for many of your business travelers. You get more business from business travelers than leisure travelers! The room was nice though and the front desk personal were very nice and professional...but still won't be back due to extremely poor internet speeds. July 19, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Wireless internet is terrible! The room was ok but the wireless internet service was terrible.Would not stay connected and was very slow when connected. Was able to connect to the other hotel internet service across the parking lot which worked better. Would not recommend this property for that. This hotel did not have a guest laundry so we had to find one in the community. There was no exercise room. June 21, 2015
