Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not up to Holiday Inn Standards The first room we checked into when we pulled back the covers it had brown stains all over it, I called the front desk and they did a "room change" and offered to reward me enough points for a free night stay thru IHG. The 2nd room we checked into had chewed up gum by the TV on the floor and the curtains were completely down and covered the air conditioning unit. I never received my IHG points and won't be staying at this hotel again. August 20, 2015

Upon arriving to get a room the front desk clerk and another employee were outside smoking. It took them a little while to come inside and book me a room. Everytime which was several times I went to the front desk there was noone there and it took them awhile to come out to the front. I have been a manager at a hotel before there should always be someone present at all times to take care of customers. I will not stay at this Holiday Inn Express again. July 30, 2015
