Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Room I thought the staff was great. Our room was nice and clean, but the bed was broken on one side. The air conditioner was broken, and it was freezing the entire night. We were unable to watch a dvd because that was also broken. We couldn't find breakfast in the morning either. Overall though for the price it was a good deal for the cleanliness and staff September 9, 2015

However, I made my on-line reservation the day prior to my stay and then called to make a special request. I preferred the bottom floor and on the back of the hotel, even if I had to take a room with a single or two beds instead of the king. I was told that barring any unforeseen issues, ie flood ect that it should be no problem. Upon arrival I was told that they could not fulfill my request due to hold overs from the previous night. Really, they could not tell that from the reservations? I was given a 2nd floor room facing he front at the end of the hall next to the stairs. So people were using the stairs late into the night.. So not only did I not receive my requested accommodations, it was in fact 180 degree opposite. HIE is my preferred hotel chain as I find them always clean and updated. Thanks September 9, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not up to Holiday Inn Standards The first room we checked into when we pulled back the covers it had brown stains all over it, I called the front desk and they did a "room change" and offered to reward me enough points for a free night stay thru IHG. The 2nd room we checked into had chewed up gum by the TV on the floor and the curtains were completely down and covered the air conditioning unit. I never received my IHG points and won't be staying at this hotel again. August 20, 2015
