Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Need Desks I travel on business. I prefer a room with 2 queen size beds so that I can use one for all my files and papers. This room had a small square table - no desk. It wasn't good for using my computer. Did not have a good desk chair either. July 21, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Short stay for business. I was recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express for Tulsa-Woodland Hills for a couple of days for training. I found the staff to be extremely helpful answer any questions on the local area (i.e. parking a large trailer and finding a great place to eat. I enjoyed coming back to a clean room and hotel after long days of training Some may be put off by the same size and the hotel being tucked in behind two steak houses, but it just makes everything nice and quite. The hotel is located close to very nice malls and great places to eat. June 27, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice and quiet Hotel is a block off Memorial, so no street noise, and it is tucked away besides that. Pleasant room and nice breakfast, with friendly folks filling trays, topping up eggs and bacon and making sure there is plenty of coffee. I forgot my toothbrush and shaving stuff, and front desk gave me travel-size replacements to get me by. Good location for getting around Tulsa. June 24, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed, but there was a black comb on the floor of the room I've stayed here before and the experiences prior have always been good. Surely this was just one of those "off" times. The TV was on when I first walked in, which left an uneasy feeling like someone was just there. Also, on the floor was a black comb that wasn't mine. Gave me the impression the room hadn't really been cleaned. The alarm clock also went off (loudly) at 5:40am, which I didn't set. Wasn't able to fall back asleep after that. June 9, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by softball tournament We stayed at the Motel while attending a softball tournament. The hotel was fine and the breakfast was good. I must praise the desk service, he was very helpful with everything I asked. I do want to mention that when we were leaving the cleaning man and woman were cussing very loud and saying crazy inappropriate sayings. The F word is rude and defiantly not what I wanted my children to hear! Second time I stayed at this motel, probably won't go back. April 30, 2014

The hotel is near about every restaurant you can think of, movie theater near by, mall accross the street and 1/2 mile from the highway. It was perfect for me and my husband when he was in town on business and I wanted to shop. They had an excellent breakfast with a very kind host, think his name was Perry. The staff was very friendly and helpful even the housekeepers seemed engaged. I would definately recommend this hotel and will stay there again should I return to Tulsa. February 13, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean and homy place to stay It has been a nice stay. We enjoy the cleanliness, the comfort and the accessibility to handicapped persons. This place feels like home. Only, there was an issue with the bed fitted sheet. The band was loose and the sheet kept coming off the mattress. Another issue we had before is the tiny dysfunctional ironing board. It is useless. There is no alternative spot to iron the clothes. January 2, 2014

I would probably stay here again but would request a room on the backside of the property. The road noise was loud. Other than that nice hotel. Good service. Clean. October 9, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Great breakfast, excellent service The staff went to extra effort to make the room available a bit ahead of check-in time, and were very cheerful with service. Breakfast items were well prepared, and there was good choice. The shower was very good! The room and bathroom were clean. We appreciated the refrigerator and microwave, as well as the hair dryer. Location is good, but tricky to reach from the main road. There was a lot of noise coming from the hallway, and the room next door, which was not a good thing late at night. The bottom sheet kept popping off the mattress, leaving the bed a rumpled mess and uncomfortable in the middle of the night. We needed another desk chair in order to play board games on the table. This hotel is directly across from the Tulsa mall and was only 51/2 miles from where I needed to go. I did have a problem with my room but the staff and manager took care of the problem. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Conformation number for a declined card...twice?! I paid for our trip a month before we arrived. After paying with my debit card I received an email saying our room was confirmed and with a conformation number. Two weeks later I received ANOTHER email with a conformation number. Never was I sent anything about a declined payment. Upon our arrival nearly 2 hours from home, we had to wait several minutes for them to get their computers open due to a "power surge". When I was finally able to check in I was asked for a card. I assumed in case of any damages or such. The man handed me the card back and said it had been declined. I asked what he was trying to charge to my card and he said that he was paying for the room. I told him I had paid a month ago and he said it showed the card was declined. Another man joined him in the conversation and proceeded to tell me that my emails confirming payment were basically meaningless. I was furious but even more so when I returned home to find that they money HAD charged to my account and that they also charged the second card as well! Places don't give out conformation codes for declined payments and they certainly don't do it TWICE. I'm still waiting on them to return my phone call but I can promise our 2-3 stays there a year are over. Next time we will stay somewhere else! September 19, 2013
