I stayed here on business, last minute (e.g. 1 hour before) booking.
The check-in staff were very accommodating and friendly, the room was clean and comfortable.
I will certainly stay here again.

My mattress was lumpy. Room was stuffy and did not cool off. Kept awake by noises from room above. Could hear people walking around.

The staff are always friendly and helpful. It is always clean and fresh. I love the varieties at breakfast, it is always hot and fresh. The host Perry is so kind and helpful. I only stay here.

I have stayed at this location before, every time I stay here I receive excellent service from the staff. You can really tell that they enjoy their jobs and care about the guest. I would highly recommend this hotel when staying in Tulsa. I will not stay anywhere else!

The hotel is near about every restaurant you can think of, movie theater near by, mall accross the street and 1/2 mile from the highway. It was perfect for me and my husband when he was in town on business and I wanted to shop. They had an excellent breakfast with a very kind host, think his name was Perry. The staff was very friendly and helpful even the housekeepers seemed engaged. I would definately recommend this hotel and will stay there again should I return to Tulsa.

It has been a nice stay. We enjoy the cleanliness, the comfort and the accessibility to handicapped persons. This place feels like home. Only, there was an issue with the bed fitted sheet. The band was loose and the sheet kept coming off the mattress. Another issue we had before is the tiny dysfunctional ironing board. It is useless. There is no alternative spot to iron the clothes.

The beds were great. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean. The staff was very friendly and accomidating. The hotel is in a great location, close the mall and tons of places to eat.

I am trying to remember the staff member's name, I believe it is Lucas...small framed young man, works days...anyway he is so nice and so helpful, always goes the extra mile to help. Hotel is like most, clean, comfortable etc.

Staff was so friendly. Pool area was nice. Breakfast was nice (besides the syrup for the pancakes. Not everyone likes "sugar free"). I would probably stay here again but would request a room on the backside of the property. The road noise was loud. Other than that nice hotel. Good service. Clean.

The staff went to extra effort to make the room available a bit ahead of check-in time, and were very cheerful with service. Breakfast items were well prepared, and there was good choice. The shower was very good! The room and bathroom were clean. We appreciated the refrigerator and microwave, as well as the hair dryer. Location is good, but tricky to reach from the main road.
There was a lot of noise coming from the hallway, and the room next door, which was not a good thing late at night. The bottom sheet kept popping off the mattress, leaving the bed a rumpled mess and uncomfortable in the middle of the night. We needed another desk chair in order to play board games on the table.

This Holiday Inn meets our needs each time we visit. The daytime manager was exceptionally accommodating---even carried our bags upstairs. The only drawback was that we did not receive Priority Club recognition, which we usually do at this HI.

This hotel is directly across from the Tulsa mall and was only 51/2 miles from where I needed to go. I did have a problem with my room but the staff and manager took care of the problem. An enjoyable place to relax with the family.

I paid for our trip a month before we arrived. After paying with my debit card I received an email saying our room was confirmed and with a conformation number. Two weeks later I received ANOTHER email with a conformation number. Never was I sent anything about a declined payment. Upon our arrival nearly 2 hours from home, we had to wait several minutes for them to get their computers open due to a "power surge". When I was finally able to check in I was asked for a card. I assumed in case of any damages or such. The man handed me the card back and said it had been declined. I asked what he was trying to charge to my card and he said that he was paying for the room. I told him I had paid a month ago and he said it showed the card was declined. Another man joined him in the conversation and proceeded to tell me that my emails confirming payment were basically meaningless. I was furious but even more so when I returned home to find that they money HAD charged to my account and that they also charged the second card as well! Places don't give out conformation codes for declined payments and they certainly don't do it TWICE. I'm still waiting on them to return my phone call but I can promise our 2-3 stays there a year are over. Next time we will stay somewhere else!

The first night we stayed we woke up the following morning and discovered there was no shower curtain. Called the front desk to ask for one she said she would bring it to us immediately. . An hr later still no curtain. Of the seven days we stayed they failed to clean the rooms twice. After stating something to the manager they gave me 500 free points however Did nothing to make the situation better. Overall I was completely disappointed with my over all stay. They still a week later have yet to apply my points for the stay as well.

Our first room the bedskirts are too large for the beds and they hang on the floor. It looked untidy. I looked under the bedskirts and found several items that were overlooked and shouldn't have been there. We were able to switch rooms to one on the third floor. It was very nice. Very clean. The bathroom was spotless, the mini-fridge and microwave were both clean. The beds were made up nicely, though the bedskirts did not fit the beds in this room either. The beds are very comfortable and the a/c unit got nice and cold. The floors are a bit squeaky and you can hear people in the hallways quite clearly. Overall, the entire stay was nice. The location is great being just steps away from a large array of restaurants and shopping opportunities. I would stay here again.

Our family did not have a good experience at this Holiday Inn Express. When making the reservation, we notified the the hotel of an expected late arrival. As planned, we arrived late, but when we entered one of the rooms . . . the beds were unmade and the room needed to be cleaned. We went back to the front desk to get another room. When we arrived at the "prepared" room, the door was propped open . . . not a good feeling. We went back to the front desk to inquire about the room door which was left open. We were assured all was fine and told "the cleaning crew is leaving the doors open after they finish cleaning." Seriously, this is not a good feeling. We had a couple rooms for a couple nights, but did not have any room service (garbage not emptied, no clean towels, etc...) The breakfast did not have fresh fruit which was disappointing. It also seemed like the breakfast attendant was overwhelmed and could not keep up with the need for cereal bowls or plates. We chose not to eat breakfast at the Holiday Inn Express on the second day. I would not recommend this hotel.

Upon Arrival waited over 15 minutes for someone to come to front desk. As a priority member who stays at Holiday Inn Express over 50 nights a year this was a first. Upon the arrival was told that I had been booked in to one room with a king bed even though I had placed two adults and 1 child on the reservation. Had to get a rollaway to the room. Once in room the air conditioner would only work on high. Toilet was stopped up. Bed was very uncomfortable and to top it all off it was a two night stay and housekeeping did not clean room. As I said before Holiday Inn Express is my choice and I stayed at a Holiday Inn Express the next night in El Reno, Oklahoma and it was awesome. The location in Woodland Hills is awful and will look for another hotel chain to stay at when in Tulsa.
